Best Crossover I've owned

Seems I've bought two cars with this one. The only rival for it's excellaration would be the Moon Rocket. Corners like in the Tennessee Le Mans.Concert radio sound, no exterior wind noise, 70 mph seems slow. Have 5M miles so far and looking forward to 1M trip in Spring. This Chocolate is hard to beat. This is Buick # 10.

World Class Auto

Excellent vehicle tight fit and finish quality materials, elegant and luxurious interior. Definitely moving in the right direction, could use about 40 more horses under the hood

Most quiet car I drove

It's much quiet than Honda Pilot, Acura MDX. ANd much comfortable than Pilot, MDX and XC90. After test drive a lot, finally I choice Enclave.

A Real Surprise

After leasing Acura MDX's and Toyota 4Runners, I must say that this vehicle has been a very pleasant surprise. The bang for the buck is unsurpassed. The fact that it has a 4 year/50k bumper to bumper warranty and OnStar included for the 1st year was a nice bonus. We have had our Enclave for 4 months now and it is trouble free. We love the little luxuries such as the air conditioned seats and the power fold in mirrors. OnStar turn by turn works great with the Navigation. Unlike our previous vehicle, the rear camera comes right on when placing the vehcle in reverse and it is bright enough to see when backing out of the garage. This vehicle was highly rated by MotherProof.com. That rating is spot on. While it is basicly the same vehicle as the Saturn, Chevy and GMC, the saleperson pointed out the differences such as the better warranty and the additional sound deadening. We researched and drove a number of competing products, and could not be happier with the decision to buy this vehicle.

Frustrating reliability

I drive over 35,000 miles a year and chose Enclave in 2008 for its comfort, excellent cargo room and quiet interior. It is all of that after the first 40,000 miles but, now has developed a frustrating problem with the fuel intake, and is in the shop for the last 2 weeks waiting on parts and now and entirely new cylinder head. Parts are never easy to find for some reason. I have been assigned a GM case worker and may be using a lemon laywer soon. I certainly violated The rule of NEVER buying a vehicle in its first year of production!!

Unexpected problems

while I live with the Air Condition, rear wiper and real lift controls, I was not expecting Maintance problems with the Air Condition. twice it has failed. Buick is currently in the dealership for an Oil leak (rear Main) they have had to remove the engine already at 14, 000. miles. Look to other than GM.

Luxury people mover at an affordable price

I have owned my 2009 Enclave for just a couple months, but in that time, love it! I can't see myself getting tired of it for a very long time. From the style, to the standard features, to the technology in the direct injection engine and 6-speed transmission, it's a package that's unbeatable. Add in the optional 8-passenger seating, and it's a vehicle that really doesn't have any competitors other than it's other Lambda siblings, the Acadia, Outlook, and Traverse. The FWD that we have is great, and there's optional AWD for those that need it. It drives like a car, has the room of a mini-van, and has the look of a rugged, yet sophisticated SUV. The power from the 288 H.P. engine is great, smooth, and very responsive. It's a blast to drive, and that's saying a lot from such a large, purposeful vehicle. GM has always been my choice of vehicles, and this Enclave is the best I've owned. No detail has been left out. I would recommend this to anyone that needs 7 or 8 passenger capabilities, but doesn't want a truck-based SUV. The size of the Enclave is just right. It's big where it needs to be, and streamlined where it doesn't. It's very easy to drive and live with, never feels too big. I can't imagine any other vehicle on the market now, that compares to this. Most every crossover and mini-vans only offer 7 seats, and the SUV's that offer 8 are big, and not that great on gas mileage. The Enclave is rated at 17 city, and 24 hwy, and that's about the best anyone can expect for a 8-passenger people mover. We love our new Enclave, and hope everyone soon sees how great these vehicles are from GM. Anyone that has not checked them out, please go drive one. (GMC Acadia, Saturn Outlook, Buick Enclave, and Chevrolet Traverse). You won't be disapointed.
