Safe Vehicle

This is the 2nd Buick Enclave I’ve purchased. I like all the safety features and how roomy it is. The only other car I would consider is a Cadillac.

It had me at "Hello." This car has it all.

My first car was a brand new '81 Skylark. We had two Le Sabres in our family and enjoyed their performance and reliability... but we purchased our 2014 AWD Enclave mildly used in 2016 and we are in heaven. Winter storms, NorEasters are no match for our little "Sparkle Baby" ( our nickname for our Silver spur dynamo). Smooth rides with the windows down and sunroof open, it is dog tested and approved! The A/C and sound system and V6 engine are the bomb. Safe, beautiful, reliable, multifunctional and luxurious all in one crossover. It will be hard to say good bye when the time comes but easy to say hello to my next Enclave.

Disappointing Repair Needs at Lower Miles than Exp

Front oil seals, window motor, oil pan gasket, cabin fan all failed before or just after 50k miles. The car is quiet and comfortable but we aren't happy with the longevity of the vehicle.

Nice comfortable ride

Traded my 2009 enclave in on the 2014... Like the 2014 much better. It seems to be getting better fuel mileage then the 2009 we owed.

overall good car

They have a problem with rear a/c. It is a problem GM is aware of. Have 40000 miles on mine when it went out. Was 6 months out of warranty. Contacted GM they offered no help. Its should have had a recall for this problem, instead of owners having to fork out 13 to 15 hundred dollars for repairs that GM knew was a defect they could have fixed by cleaning the motors of corrosive dust before it eat holes in unit

Great car!

The car met all of my needs. I like everything about it. It runs exactly as it performed during the test drive. The car is in very good shape both outside and the way it runs.

Most reliable car I ever owned

Comfortable for all passengers front and rear,, easy to drive, love the blind spot warning via the alerts in mirrors, lots of power and great fuel mileage around town and on the open road.

Engine Failure at 50k miles

I’ve taken excellent care of my 2014 Enclave, including getting all recommended services on time and regular oil changes. I just learned that my Enclave needs $4,000 of engine repairs at only 50k miles! Apparently there is a manufacturer defect in the timing chain that has damaged my engine. Of course, It’s no longer under warranty. This is unacceptable! I will never buy a GM car again. Stay away from this ticking time bomb!
