I love my LaCrosse. It automatically syncs to my phone when I start it up allowing me to make and receive calls without moving my hands from the steering wheel. The heads-up display is awesome and includes the turn by turn directions from my built-in navigation system. I'm still finding cool new things that my car can do.

fair
I am only 5'3 and find this car very hard to get in and out of. I have to lower the seat to get in or out or I will bump my head and knees I find this very awkard! The gas tank is located on the passenger side which I feel is very inconvenient especially in bad weather, the road noise is awful!!!!! it gets 27 miles a gallon which it stated more on window sticker, the placement of the cup holders is totaly awkward as well and the side pockets in the doors are useless. and the back door on drivers side does not work even though I had them work on it

Incredible sports car
I got my car about a year ago, and wow, I test drove it on the high way like I normally do. For a 6cylinder, it's awesome. I have everything I want in the car. My last car was a Cadillac, this has everything that the Cadillac had, but it's a nicer drive. I miss the V8 engine and the censors in front. I did sport it up though. It's just an incredible car for me and I love it. I love the heated seats also. The stero is much better than the last one I rode too. The did a great job with this car and it's my first Buick. Saftey is great and a plus since I"m a mom. Loads of room too. And you don't need your key for everything either.

I love it, the most reliable car i've ever owned
I absolutely love the Navigation system, backup screen, the way it rides and the seats are very comfortable Gas mileage is great. Driving it is a blast and my grandbabies love riding in it and that of course is very pleasimg to me. The style of LaCross is stylish and very hip, haha even for an old lady like me.

GM got it wright.
Love the car, get a lot of complements on it. The only really bad think about it is there is no inside trunk release. This has caused several problems.

I LOVE MY NEW CAR
I've owned the Lacrosse now for about 4 weeks. I love it. It's classy and comfortable. This is only my second front wheel drive vehicle and I still prefer rear wheel, I don't like the steering going around corners. I can't speak highly enough about the interior lighting. It's gorgous! Nice quiet ride, you can even ride with the window down and you don't get blown out by the wind. Cons: I agree with other reviews, they need to mount the 12V adapter somewhere on the dash instead of in the console. The "push to start" should be a standard option, nobody wants to handle keys anymore. HUD for safety should also be standard. Also,Buick could standardize on black carpet, the lighter colors show to much. A "Rear" wheel drive, V8 would also be a preference of mine, even living in Minnesota.

GM's Edsel, Worst car I've ever owned of maybe 30+
CXS loaded up. Vehicle arrived with three exterior flaws. 19" GY tires are not quiet and horrible in slippery conditions, harsh riding. I've been to the dealer with so many different problems they've mentioned the lemon law. Just sit on the seat for a couple of hours and you feel the lumps in it. GM fixes break more. looks great, but is horrible.Verified through other forums, quite a few have same problems.

Best Car I have Owned!
I have the CXS with navigation. This is a great car! I looked at several competitors including Tauras, Avalon, and Lexus 350 and this car beats them all. Extremely comfortable, quiet, luxurious! The Harmon-Kardon sound system is great. The user interface with navigation and audio systems is easy to use. Only a couple of minor recommendations are to add interior releases for trunk and fuel door.

Just a great value
Have owned many many cars over the years, the technology, comfort styling and value of the Lacrosse far surpasses any that I have owned. I compared the Lincoln MKZ, Cadillac CTS, Lexus ES and Nissan Maxima. For what I ended up spending on the Lacrosse I am very happy with my decision. My favorite feature is the ice blue ambient lighting i the interior, very calming, reminds me of my 1983 Park Avenue, and come to think of it that was my favorite car until now.
