This Lucerne is my second.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Overall has been good to me.

Only trouble I’ve had is with the relay in the rear fuse box under the back seat.. I found a video on YouTube regarding this issue. It should be recalled. Very poor design in placing the fuse box. Had to replace the fuse box, and modify my seat to not press against the cover which burns out the relay in the fuse box. Should’ve been a shorter relay.

Most reliable car I've ever owned

Love this car- lots of room, huge trunk space, love the heated seats and heated steering wheel, and the power of the 3.9L V6 engine!

If you can do your own work you'll do 0k

GM dose not stand behind their product for there poor design. The fuse box under the backseat can cost as much as 1700.00 dollars to be replace. If its a low cost problem, they are glad for you to bring the car in. Otherwise, you are out the cash. I have always been a GM car man. My next car will be a Honda where they stand behind there product. That's the word on the street and I have friends that say the same.

Simple Elegance and style

This is my third Lucerne. Made the mistake of going to a Verano for 3 years (still a decent LITTLE car) after my second. Switched back to a Lucerne, and I am delighted! 2009 CXL. Best car ever! Named it Octavia since I bought it in October.

Smoothest/quietest car I ever owned

This a great highway cruiser! Smooth and quiet. Large amount of backseat legroom. I've owned for 7 years and had very few issues - all minor. Turning radius is bad, so if you have to maneuver in tight spaces try it before you buy it. Other than that, go for it.

Excellent Buick!

I currently own this car with 68,000 miles. Cxl model with leather. Very nice interior and comfortable for a tall guy like me. Nice acceleration and mpg. Only thing it lacks is the turning radius. Very wide and tight. Other than that it's a 5 star car. Rides smooth on highway

250,000 miles and still going strong!

It's a shame Buick stopped making the Lucerne. It is an exceptional car. Sportier than a LaSabre, but still a luxury vehicle. You can get it decked out with heated seat, steering wheel and mirrors - all fantastic for Midwest winters.
