  • High Mileage Risk with Timing belt

I'm not recommending any Regal Turbo with more than 30,000 miles on it, and here's why. We purchased a 2011 Turbo Regal with 28,000 miles in 2015 for 13,000 dollars! Absolutely loved the car! It was sporty as could be and luxurious. At 93,000 miles the engine disintegrated due to the timing belt. The Buick dealer wanted over 6,000 to put a rebuilt engine in it. It went to the junkyard. I've done alot of research and the timing belt issue seems to happen often. Therefore any Regal Turbo with HIGH MILES is a roll of the dice and personally I believe the price as used with high miles should be low enough to justify putting a new engine in it at some point. And the problem is, people want crazy prices for their high mileage Regals!! Otherwise, loved the car. :‐)

  • Class , comfort and sport all in one vehicle!

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

  • Trouble from day one.

Got my car used in 2018 with less then 12,000 miles. Its a 2017 Buick Regal GS. From day one warp right front rotors. In 2020 had transmission issues. Was told its the TCM or Transmission Control Module. in the shop for a week. July of 2020. Then 4 months later transmission issues again. Showed up on the dash board transmission overheat and was told its a self sealed transmission. Also engine idle. Car ran like crap. Was able to get from work and it would not move under its own power

  • Just bought but everything I hoped for!

The Regal is great bang for the buck! Peppy turbo and handles great. Premium package has all the bells and whistles. Only thing I can knock is the mpg. I am getting about 21 in normal driving.

  • Just purchased -

I?ve been looking at Regals for quite some time and was happy to purchase a 2017 yesterday. I?m 6:3? and weigh 275 and there is plenty of room for me to stretch out my legs. I like the length in the bottom seat as well. It has plenty of zip and handles awesome.

  • Great Car for the Money

I bought my 2017 Regal Turbo used a few months ago, and for $16,000 it's a pretty darn good car! The exterior styling has gotten many compliments from friends and strangers alike. The interior is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. My only complaint about the interior is that there are many little storage spaces, but most of them aren't really big enough to actually store anything, so things like phones, hand wipe containers, and sunblock have to compete for space in the cup holders or the center console. The controls take a little getting used to but aren't unreasonable, and there are some things like the climate controls and the trunk button that are brilliantly designed. I have the basic 7-speaker sound system, but it still sounds excellent. The ride quality is incredibly smooth and the cabin does a great job of keeping out noise from outside. The tech features even for my lower-trim model are impressive and come in handy a lot, like the remote keyfob, locator, and diagnostics, all of which you can access with the smartphone app. The turbocharged engine is quiet and very fuel efficient (I get around 40 mpg when I'm on the highway), but it certainly doesn't disappoint when you step on the pedal either. Despite looking tiny from the outside, the trunk is actually very large. All in all it's a great car with a lot of standard features that's simultaneously practical, luxurious, stylish, and even a little sporty.
