Professional, didn’t feel pressured to buy/trade, great pricing, great communication, process was somewhat lengthy, but expected.

Service guy told me the wrong issue. Didn’t do a full diagnostic on my battery. Just checked running not if battery had a bad cell in it. Also the part in was quoted on was for low voltage which got erased with a battery replacement.

Service good, but- Water dripping from ceiling in lobby Lobby furniture worn Coffee pot on but no coffee Vending machine out of order No free bottle of water while waiting 1 truck in the showroom, no cars 8 desks instead
