What Is the 2025 Cadillac CT4?

The Cadillac CT4 is a small luxury sedan that comes standard with a 237-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. One rung higher is a turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder that comes with a 10-speed automatic. This powertrain develops 310 hp in Premium Luxury trim or 325 hp in the sportier CT4-V. Sitting atop the range is the high-performance CT4-V Blackwing, which boasts a 472-hp, twin-turbo 3.6-liter V-6 and can be had with the 10-speed automatic or a six-speed manual gearbox. The Blackwing comes only with rear-wheel drive, but other CT4s are available with RWD or all-wheel drive. According to Cars.com’s cargo measurements, the CT4-V has 13.7 cubic feet of trunk volume. What’s New on the 2025 Cadillac CT4?

The CT4 family sees minor detail changes for 2025, and the CT4-V Blackwing gains a limited-production Petit Pataud edition that pays homage to a 1950 Cadillac that raced at Le Mans.

What Features in the 2025 Cadillac CT4 Are Most Important?

Standard features include:

  • 8-inch touchscreen
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity
  • Wireless device charging
  • Two USB ports
  • Satellite radio
  • Wi-Fi hot spot
  • Power-adjustable front seats
  • Blind spot warning
  • Rear cross-traffic alert

Should I Buy the 2025 Cadillac CT4?

The Cadillac CT4 is agile and entertaining to drive, particularly with the potent engines in the CT4-V and CT4-V Blackwing. From behind the wheel, it’s clear Cadillac wanted to create a small luxury car that emphasized performance. Downsides include a small trunk and cramped backseat. However, if you travel light and are looking for an athletic, value-packed small luxury sedan, the handsome CT4 is worth consideration.
