Style
I think the back could have been slightly larger. But overall I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership.

cheap made car ct5
loud noises from the engine, cheap made dashboard, black out window on the side, cheap radio controls, too away free oil changes, raise the price of the car too much

Quality of Interior doesn't match the CTS
I owned a 2009 and 2014 CTS. When I drove the CT5 I immediately noticed the difference in the quality of the materials used in the 2020 CT5 interior. The seatbelt feels about 1/3 as thick, the latch is lightweight, the CTS sun visor was leather with large mirror in the CT5 it feels like cardboard. The steering wheel is smaller and the nice leather wrap on my CTS now feels like rubber. I hate the stop and engine shuts off feature. It can be overridden but you have to do it every time you start the car. You get that feeling the car is "conking out". As for the Engine, I have the 2.0 Turbo. My 2014 had the same engine except it would sound like it had power. The CT5 sounds like the little engine who could. I'm not sure why the difference when its supposed to be the same engine. It might be some gas saving initiative like that stop and go business. I'm sure all these differences have to do with GM lowering the sticker price. By the time I put the options I wanted on the car all of which I had on the 2014 CTS, I was right back at $50,000. Now for the positive notes. The Cadillac Cue has been replaced with a new system that has everything on it that you can imagine. It will interface with your IPOD, iPhone, Android, etc. Their is now a camera mounted on the fin on the roof of the car as well as on the back that gives you panoramic views of the entire area. You can check all around your vehicle before you get out. The car is loaded with safety features which resulted in my car insurance actually being less than it was for the 6 year old CTS. All in all I can live with being in a car "condo" instead of the car "palace" I had with the CTS. You know how people say "they don't build them like they use to" well that's true with the interior of the CT5 but the safety and electronics upgrades compensate for that so I would still recommend the CT5 if you can find one.

So pretty!
Haven’t really had a chance to see what it can do but so far 10 stars. Nice car and so very pretty! Never thought I would be driving this It’s a 2019, not a 2020 but it wouldn’t give me that option
