One great oiece of art.

I think that the only thing that this car need it's a little more performance, like 1/4 mile et and that's just on tuning by factory like tranny and differential combination, due to that the horse power that it has it will be enough for a low 14's in the 1/4 mile test, not high 14's or 15 flat like mine does, other than that it's the perfect car

What a car.

The only american car that feels close to an german Audi. WOW is all I have to say. I drove this car and I loved it. It feels better than a BMW goes very well. I am glad the americans are putting in the effort to beat the germans.

Too Good 2 B True

I keep waiting for someone to pinch me and tell me to wake up. I have the 08 CTS AWD and love it. Quiet, fast, sexy, and fun. When you see a Mercedes, BMW, or Lexsus, you stop and think to yourself, "What Sheep!"

Happy Camper

Performance and handling are surprisingly good for a 4 door sedan. Has the aggressive look and all of the frills you want to add available. Fit and finish is impecable. We ordered ours with a 6 speed, leather seats, luxury pkg 1 and the wood trim. It took 6 weeks from the time of order to delivery. People are amazed at what we paid for what it is, the CTS is all we expected and more. Great car first GM product I have owned in 20 years and I think they have won me back for good.

Cadillac -The Best Car on the Planet!!

I just love my 2008 Red CTS! I had a 2006 xxx V8, which I thought no other car could top, but Cadillac did it again! After seeing the Neon beam headlamps in the front and rear and Neon ambient lighting at night across all the doors and dashboard I fell in love. I also love my pop up radio and navigation screen and I have a hard drive for my CD's. I took me about two weeks to record over 200 cd's into the hard drive, which only takes a few minutes each to record. Now I can just locate a CD from my playlist without messing with finding each CD. This is my 6th Cadillac and I just love these cars. Once you drive it and see all the options, you will buy it. My xxx was 55,000 and this car was only 47,000, with more options. You can't get these options for the price in any other car. I love the remote start and keyless access and my double moonroof. After calling 10 dealerships in Texas, I finally found the Red fully loaded CTS in, Houston.

the most fun car I have ever owned

I am going to be short and sweet. My prevvious cars were all imports: nissan 240sx, honda accord 2000 coupe, honda sedan 2002 and last my beloved honda coupe V6 2004. After being car shopping for about 1 month decided to get the new CTS. I test drove the honda accord coupe 2008, 335 bmw, infinity g37 and liked them all, but when I took a test drive on the new CTS found myself laughing the whole time, it was really that fun. Every day I find a new unexpected feature on this car. I am 32 years old and never could imagine myself driving a cadillac;you will not find wood on my dash instead u will find carbon fiber and pseudoaluminum, this aint daddys caddy, great balance between luxury and sport. Oh by the way I got 18 inch wheels, 40gig hard drive, satellite radio and sport performance package, who knows maybe I will take it to the track one of these days, will see. My theory is : If u drive it u will buy it PERIOD.

A new age has come!

I've driven many luxury vehicles in my life, none of them even remotely compares to this beautiful sedan! This CTS shows what direction Cadillac is headed and they are getting better every year. Shocked that this car was under the $40,000 starting price, I went to the nearest dealership. After a short test drive I called them back and informed them to pull the paperwork! I've had it for a week and everyday I have it, I discover a new feature NOT listed in the manual or from the dealer. And that for me is what I love about this car. I've been waiting for this car for a long time-Cadillac has fulfilled my espectations and MORE! It has power, luxury, class, stylish, and a young look to the exterior and interior! Please do yourself a favor and test drive this vehicle before purshasing another vehicle!

This Cadillac isn't for the faint of heart-BEWARE

I came close to purchasing an Escalade lasts year, something in my gut told me to wait. I sensed something new was coming, and I would regret that $68,000 purchase! So I stuck with my older model Seville. Lasts monday I woke up, called off work (a little white lie). I drove to the dealership spoting a Crystal Red Tintcoat CTS in the large display window. I went in, peered in the angular windows and knew this is what I had been looking forward too. I sat in the drive seat and the young sales man approached me. He said there was a new way to enter a Cadillac now! I stepped out with minimal trouble (and i'm 6ft)...He shut the door behind me. We stepped back. He locked it and handed me the keys, curiously I walked closer to the bold grille and I heard the doors unlock. He motioned for me to get in and shut the door. I did-all my years i've never seen a car start on it's own and it really caught me by surprise. He came over to the window and told me the seats would automatically warm on cold days when that would happen...I eagerly pulled off that lot with the notion that this probally would be mostly a show car! A flashy one to annoy thhe neighbors. I was immeadiatly corrected, I looked at the 20 something salesman with a grin on his face. I told him to write it up I was gonna take it home! He called the dealership and when I rolled back in all I had to do is sign my name here and there, and transfer the $46,000. With it's bold modern look inside and out, unbelievable electronics (which are very easy to understand) I knew I had bought a peice of the future! Wonderful gas mileage for the powerful vehicle that it was. Upmost secure feeling when i'm on the road, never once without the feeling of control at my fingertips! If your questioning a new vehicle, drive this one car first! Do yourself a favor!!!

Viva North America

Last week, I decided it was time to look at leasing a 2008 SUV. At first, I checked out (and test drove) the German products, followed by Volvo. I was quite impressed until I decided to check out GM. I test drove the new Buick Enclave, and instantly fell in love with it. Unfortunately, with my elderly parents living at home, I had to look at something with a lower footprint. When I was informed that the Cadillac CTS was available in AWD, I had to sit behind the wheel. WOW...test drive and in my driveway!!! The standard engine purrs, the basic suspension holds the road quite well, the steering is tight - what more could one ask for in a vehicle that sells for under $50,000 Cdn.? Imports...beware the CTS shock wave!!!

An American Car Finally Nailed It!

When I heard that the 2008 CTS was being completely remodled last year, I couldn't wait. Back in March of this year it was announced it was going to be available in SoCal in late Aug. I bought mine 3 weeks ago and it was only 2hrs off the truck when we saw it. I traded in my Lexus and the two don't come close. The CTS is an absolute thrill to drive. Tap on the gas and it just wants to go. Accelleration is very impressive. Overall performance is absolutely first rate. The cornering and roadfeel on surface streets and the freeway easily match BMW and Mercedes. It has the performance of the top German performance luxury lines with a better interior. The styling is very detailed and each space and transition is well thought out. Very comfortable and edgey at the same time. I have owned several of it's competitors and the 2008 CTS is by far the most exciting car I have ever owned.
