2012 Cadillac SRX consumer reviews

This car meets all of my need. I feel satisfied and comfortable while driving. It looks really new, and never need to jump at extremely low temperature.

I've owned this car for 2 1/2 years. Initially it had some electrical problems but once that was addressed with a new battery, I've had no problems since. I drove from Wisconsin to North Carolina and got excellent gas mileage. Filled up before I left town, filled up outside of Cincinnati and made it home and still had half a tank of gas.

The blind spot is Deadly!! No joke. The only reason I would ever sell it. I wish it had a place for garbage bag. It has become unre. 3 times gone to crank it and nothing works completely dead!!! Scared and frustrated. In the shop now had to be towed

Only wish it was all wheel drive and had rear heat and a/c in the rear seats. Good car and reliable transportation. Would buy another one .

The car has some nice features but our experience with the dealership and the expensive repairs we incurred not long after our purchase made this deal one to regret. The car doesn't ride like any Cadillac I've ever been in, it rides pretty rough even after $600 wheel bearing replacement. The viewing area from the driver's seat is impaired by the design of the car. The borders of the windshield are very wide causing the driver to have to lean forward and backward to ensure nothing is approaching from either direction. Another notable issue is the very dim headlights on low beam. The area viewing ahead of the car is limited at night unless your high beams are left on. The dealership mentioned that the repair costs are excessive which is why they didn't even offer extended warranty. Of course, this was after we had signed most of the papers but even then, I thought the likelihood we would have repairs in the near future would be minimal due to the brand name and the fact that it was only six years old.

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.

Following the maintenance schedule will ensure reliability, great performance and better than listed - gas mileage. It's also a very showy and attractive head turner as it shows like a new car due to the ming mirror finish application.

This car is an excellent value as a used vehicle. It has the high-end look, feel and features you'd expect from a Cadillac, but is very moderately priced as a used vehicle. Mine has almost 100,000 miles on it and looks, feels and functions like a brand new car.

I?m very disappointed ?? with my SRX 2012 battery replaced won?t start after back in shop paid $ 120 in labor told me nothing found car is starting now ,,,condensation in side $425 repair on that lift gate won?t open now Cadillac service said another $ 500 to repair I?m pissed ? thinking of trading it in Cadillac sucks ?

Extremely comfortable car for the long road trips and tough local commutes. Heated seats and steering wheel, along with remote start, make the cold winter morning commutes more bearable. Strong engine definitely a plus with the crazy driving conditions in the DC area.
