2015 Cadillac SRX consumer reviews

I have loved this "Performance Collection" car from day 1. It is beautiful inside and out. It rides very smoothly and quietly and handles great. I am selling it because I needed a larger cargo area.

I love this suv. It’s luxurious, and sporty all at the same time. I’d like it to have a little bit better gas mileage, but I really can’t complain about anything.

touchscreen has issues with touchscreen, I have lost several touch commands, one is air flow direction, the 2 center touch directional pads quit responding, Map navigation does not respond to fingertip response, have to use voice control to navigate through navigation. touch screen for radio channels do not work, have to use voice control to change stations. I know of another 2015 SRX owner who is experiencing same issues...

The cue is working sometime, I ask the dealer what's going on with it. I was informed that the sun was causing a problem from the heat. So way is there no recall on It? Do they expect the customer to pay for the repair out of there pocket. I will be calling for a explanation.

This vehicle is comfortable sleek and has so many options! It’s a joy to drive. We are looking forward to learning how all the technology works. It handles well and has more room than expected inside.

Thought that this would be a great vehicle, but the headlights in this make and year are awful and not to mention dangerously bad! Can’t see at night at all! You should at least get safe headlights when buying a Cadillac, I wished I would have did my test drive at night in this vehicle. I have seen cheaper vehicles and even older vehicles with better lights. Truly a safety hazard.

It was a terrific car. The ride was comfortable and responded well. I loved the champagne color because it didn’t show the dirt or dust.

Cadillac is the best product out there in the way of SUV's. I Love my new Caddy. It drives and handles beautiful. I am very pleased with my choice to purchase one.

I have experienced two issues with my Cadillac SRX. First being that the headlights eventually dim so low that I'm afraid to drive at night without my high beams on. I have found on forums that this is a common issue with this model. Also the liftgate has stopped working because of a defect in the sunroof drainage that shorts out the electrical system for the liftgate. Also found on a forum that this is common for this model. Cadillac refuses to recall and fix these issues. Both are very expensive to have fixed and Cadillac refuses to acknowledge the design flaw.

So far, I feel great in my new car! Its quiet and can get up and go! I love the sunroof and the nice interior!
