car us best I have owned out if a heady stable of jags, mbzs, cads, saabs,porsches et al old school personal kuxury but tracks like the best with fwd. 3.8 liter gets mpg. gm got this one right from every angle!

I love the car. It is great for the 2 of us but would not be good for a family since it is a 2 door.

Even in our winters it drives great through our badly maintained roads here in the state of michigan.

This car is great for someone that does not was to spend a lot of money, but have a nice car or first time car. The car has great lines on a car that gives it that sporty look. But if you don't like driving a boat, I would not Recommend this car or trying to parallel park your first time. The car comes with a 3.8 or a 3.4 and both engines are great on gas but they are under powered for the car. Also make sure the head-gasket and intake are done then you should be mint. I don't know why that every Monte that I have own always need it done after 100,000 but I would highly recommend to getting done. The interior I feel like is the best part of the hole car. If you want bigger and wider seats, these work amazing. I am not a bigger guy, But I know anyone can really feel relaxed driving this boat. The reliability on this car is great after the head-gasket and intake or done correctly. I would take this car anywhere, I drove this car for 6 hours with no back issues or ever feeling uncountable. I would say not the best car in the world, but for bang for you buck, I feel it's in the books.

The car looks great and has a nice interior but it has a security light that comes on and sometimes lets us set. We are trying to find out what causes the security light to come on, The security light problem is our only concern.

I previously own a 2000, gave it to my grand son . And he was impress with mileage it gave and performance. I now own a 2005 and very happy with it and the way it handles and amount of leg room. Its my traveling vehicle and very dependable.

Fast car with good gas mileage. To bad they stopped making such a nice looking vehicle. Gmail needs to bring it back.

I believe this vehicle is nice but I had some issues with it. If you find a nice one with few miles on it you should be fine but mine is at 115,000 and has a blown transmission i bought it used so that could be something to consider too

I bought the car new (12 miles on it). My 2005 does not like the cold weather. When you start out from a dead stop at a light i.e., the car sits there for a few seconds and then feels like it jumps forward suddenly. The engine really runs well when it's warm weather and you cruise about 80 mph.
