I love this car!

Not only is this car beautiful to look at, but the drive is exceptional! The gas mileage is extraordinay! I'm filling up once every two/three weeks vs. every week with my old Toyota!

Great car

I love my Cmax-energi. It is comfortable for 4 adults, the energy saving package is incredible. I would only change That it does not have a spare tire and the tire kit is no good on a blown tire from running over something big and slicing the tire.

2nd C-Max Owned - Excellent for super tall folks

We originally purchased a 2013 C-Max Hybrid used and loved it. Loved the comfort and interior space. Loved the fact that a six-foot, four-inch man can sit in the drivers seat with a hat on! Great seated height - tall guys take note. It isn't easy finding a vehicle in which we fit comfortably. The 2017 Energi I am less thrilled with, but still really like. The Sync/Navigation is countless ways better than the 2013. But the Energi suffers from lack of cargo space. The hatchback is always our preferred vehicle because of cargo space. Ford needs to look seriously at figuring out how to make the batteries fit into the C-Max chassis w/o destroying cargo space. The comfort is still great. Some features tweaked from 2013 to 2017 helped improve the vehicle greatly. Energi isn't much good in the northern winters. The cold steal almost half the battery capacity - might as well have a hybrid for year-around driving up north.

Good Car

This car is more heavy and substantial than it looks. You have to sacrifice half the trunk/hatch space for the battery, which makes the 60/40 fold-down split a bit awkward/

The gas mileage is awesome ( 54 miles per gallon).

I am on a strict budget and the dealership in Sunbury PA made this car so affordable. When I traveled to FL this car (C-Max Energi) was so economical to drive, but trying to find a charging station was difficult; I made it with a full charge before leaving PA.

Wonderful Car

I would have given 5 stars for this amazing car. Have owned it for three weeks and in week two the 12volt battery died. The car was totally dead. Dealer examined everything and found no problem. Hopefully this was a one time problem. Otherwise... wow! I'm averaging over 80mpg and doing 20 miles on electricity in a roomy, comfortable car.

Best Value - Love It!

This Car met all of my needs. It was recommended to me at the dealership, and I after I test drove we made the purchase. I was surprised how well the car handles, I love all the interior features, bluetooth, back up camera, heated seats, and the way the controls are easily accessible on the steering wheel. The trunk space appeared to be a little narrow, but after owning the vehicle, we realized it is more than adequate for our needs. The gas mileage is by far the best feature overall. I am saving money each week, and have reduced my trips each week to the gas station. We love the vehicle so much we purchased a second car in another color for my spouse. Thanks Ford! We love them!

Driving in a bubble

We bought the C-Max energi because of its interior spaciousness. I am 6'6" and fit comfortably in the front and rear seats. The best part of driving the car is the visibility. It is truly like driving the Jetson's bubble car. You can see everything around you. In most cars the roof line comes down below the level of my eyes. Not in the C-max. The front windshield goes past my eyes. The panoramic roof adds to the bubble feel. Though this is not the most efficient of the EV, this is far and away the most fun of the entry level EV to drive. I know three others who have C-maxes all of whom are happy with their cars. George Jetson
