My dream car and easily the best car I’ve had.

My dream car and easily the best car I’ve had. She’s strong and fast abut quiet enough to drive with grandma if you need to (just can’t lay into it). Obviously it isn’t a BMW or Audi, so the interior isn’t necessarily “state of the art” but it definitely well produced, easily functional, and moderately aesthetically pleasing. But we all know, know one gets this car for the material they use on the volume knob. I get head turns everyday and people absolutely love it. My favorite car and I can keep it until they tell us we can’t use gas anymore.

Amazing car to drive and have fun!

This is by far the fastest and best handling car I have ever driven with the exception of professional race cars...it is truly a beast that is a total blast on the race track and on the road.

Great car!

I've only owned the Shelby for a short time, but the power of this car is unlike no other car I have owned. I traded a Mustang GT for this car, and there is no comparison.

Most incredible machine I’ve Ever owned

Very comfortable and easy to drive around town. These cars get lots of looks! If you haven’t driven a car with 600 hp,... you should! It’s amazing!!

Most fun you can have with your clothes on!

My 2012 GT 500 has the performance pack, electronics package, and Recaro seats. The performance pack gives a stiff ride -- great on a road course, good if you like to feel the road, but unnecessarily harsh for long road trips. The electronics package works fine. The Recaro seats are wonderful. It took me a while to get comfortable in them, but once you get them adjusted you'll rather sit there than in your favorite easy chair. The 5.4 liter super charged engine is the real wonder. The sound puts a big cheesy smile on my face every time (I've owned the car since 2011 and turning the key still turns my crank)! The power is intoxicating -- if you like to be shoved back into your seat by pressing the pedal on the right then this is the car for you. If you don't want to ever be sideways on an entrance ramp at 60 miles an hour then maybe look for a different car (that was me on the test drive at the dealer eight years ago). Told myself if I can save this I'm definitely buying this beast! Bonus that I can take my wife and two kids along for the ride -- my kids are 10 and 12 so the back seat works for us, won't work for too much longer though as the back seat is relatively tight.

The most exhilarating vehicle I have ever owned!

The 2012 GT500 has all the looks and growl of the intimidating monster hidden under it's SVT performance pkg striped hood. Take a deep breath hit the ignition switch and brace yourself for an awe inspiring throaty burble from the chrome tipped pipes out back. Grab what will become your obedient gear selector with an aggressive 1st gear shove release the dual clutch pedal with blatant disregard and hang with both hands eyes wide open and what was in front of you now can only be a dim memory reflected in the rear view mirror. Controlling 550 hp & 510 tq reminds me of the guy behind the curtain in the movie "The Wizard of Oz" Every gear begs to be pushed into the highest level of irresistible rpms with the constant promise of next gear rewards ever present. Stopping all this spirited momentum brings a reverence for the well matched Brembo binders waiting in the shadows for their chance to have an equally Impressive display at selecting the perfect "dime" to bring this surreal irreverent beast to a halt. The "live" solid rear axle performs exactly as design intended and it's operation should be respected with a qualified driver. I personally am not interested in a sophisticated 2012 GT500 my desire is to "feed the need" and "drive" my ride without any distractions. And for these reasons, I highly recommend this particular ride to "hit the road" Happy Trails Ya'll!

Most reliable car i owned

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

Excited to take this out every time

Every time I get ready, I'm filled with joy when I know I'm walking out to a red gt500. The seats hug me and I ride in comfort to wherever I'm heading. I know Ford and Shelby made this quality performance masterpiece just for me.
