2017 Honda Civic consumer reviews

Awesome, fun and entertaining car. Sport pkg allows for some incredible speed and control. I have a CRV tranny which is a little different getting used to feel wise, (Sport model has paddle shifters) when in ECO mode is a little chuggy; however, out of ECO and engaged Sport mode allows for a seamless and super fast shift. Although, I wish Honda kept the e-brake lever instead of the e-brake button. Can go 0 to 60 in 5 seconds. The body styling is superb, gives it a much more aggressive look both front and rear. I have the all black exterior. Gas mileage is very good, I average around 35-38 mpg. 10 gallon tank will take you roughly 335 miles. I have had some issues with the body trim peeling paint above the windows on all the doors; however, Honda replaces without question. The rims are a bit "soft" metal wise; however, I'm used to the heavy duty construction from a large truck. The interior styling is rather nice for what it is. I am a fan of the Type R interior style with the red trim; so, I just installed the trim in my car. I will say that the plastic interior pieces scratch very easy and so does the entertainment screen. The interior as a whole cleans very easy and poses no worry on stains. Overall great car for the money, I am very happy with it.

This car exceeded my expectations. It not only has plenty of leg room, but the gas mileage is unbelievable (34 mpg)! I was even more blown away with all of the extras that this car has to offer; moonroof, heated seats, passenger side view camera just to name a few. I simply love-love this car!

I noticed the body gaskets were not cut even all over at first pulling when I wash it ,then noticed everything is not aligned on body .thought water issues are coming now i see gas filling hole with water my spoilers are wet in uneven patterns on the INNER SIDE ,now when it rains the entire cpu goes bonkers .also various parts are loose I checked the 18s much more consistent and no loose body parts no doubt water is death and this over priced car is pig in a silk hat...doom lurks also when they pushed apple play and the unreal car nav package I didn?t bite but it was in the car I wanted and paid for it .thought I was not operating it right I met the same tech after I?m locked in .NOW HE SAYS WELL ITS NOT REALLY FULLY WORKING YET STILL GLITCHES DONT USE IT JUST BLUE TOOTH !!!!so what 5k for ,it sucks don?t use it ????and no shame at all or embarrassment outright xxxx thief well I?m gonna go around various lots with a feeler and a huge chart in show rooms too when approached i will go into a very detailed and loud disortation on ethics and craftsmen ship failures I had a Passat for 20 years that showed less wear and tear than my 13 month old honda

This car far out ceeded my expectations!...love everything about my new ride! Comfort, Reliability, Looks....it has it all...I love the excerlation it gives me without any drop in performance!??

I purchased 2017 Honda Civic Touring back in late 2016. Civic is great on gas and packed with all the bells and whistles being that its a touring model. It has lane departure warning, Honda sensing, auto-drive, etc. I love the profile on this car along with led headlights. But I do regret not buying the TypeR. Eco -mode will get you about 37 mpg so it's great but terrible on performance. But I didn't buy the civic for performance, so there. :-)

This car is good for the price and let?s you have all the tech add ons. I don?t like that the entire interface is touch which can be a little dangerous when driving and changing a song etc. but overall, a good car.

I love it. Very Reliable. Have had no problems Looks very sporty. Gets good gas mileage. Would trust anybody driving it, stress free. Maintenance free.

Handling is superb, comfort is great, plenty of head/leg/cargo room for a compact car, break hold a god-send, visibility excellent, Honda Sensing is other-worldly amazing!

This is my second Honda I?ve leased in past 4 years. Both my son and I leased same year/make and models from Pacific Honda and are thoroughly satisfied with every step of the process from walking into dealership, salespeople, service people and assistants. The cars are the best we?ve both ever driven as we?ve told each other many times and hopefully will continue our relationship with Honda, particularly Pacific Honda.
