Honda CR-V Touring is just what I was looking for

Like the ride, AWD handling/cornering, road height, modern styling, exterior/interior color combination, cool tire rims, large body side moldings, navigation system, 330 watt audio, large cargo space, very comfortable heated seats, a 6 ft-3in tall person has knee room in the back seat with the front seat all the way back, fold down split rear seat, all-weather floor mats have deep sides like Weather-Tech, 27 mpg in-town gas mileage. My list of enhancements would be: larger NAVI map display, better NAVI human interface (like Acura interface), exterior rear-view mirrors that tilt down when in Reverse, a little longer length for driver's seat belt receiver - to accommodate wearing cell phone on right side of belt.

Great car for a great value

I recently bought the CRV. Cool and sleek design. Much better than the older models. Great trunk space and seating. Smooth ride especially with the miles per gallon.

Ford edge

Love it want the 2019 .waiting patently for them to come out. Drove like a dream car. One of the most important things is no car noise and it passed the test.

Best car ever!

I bought a Lexus 450H in the fall of 2017. By the spring of 2018, I decided to upgrade to the Honda CRV. It is better appointed, has better headroom, the electronics are superior in ease AND function, and it has MUCH MORE SPACE! Sure, I bought the Hybrid model to conserve on gas, but the CRV gets 4-5 more MPG every tankful. The Lexus has a smoother ride. If you are willing to forego all the other creature comforts, for a mere $20,000, you can always opt for the Lexus's better ride, all while having your hair mussed by the ceiling - - if you are MASSIVE 5'8" or taller, like myself. The Lexus Crew thought of EVERYTHING. Who needs to have their windshield wipers put up in the snow? With the Lexus, they tuck them nicely below the hoodlike, so ice can build up PRIOR to you attempting to drive the car. The Honda people just don't seem to understand what people want: LESS headroom, LESS cubic feet of space, LESS electronic function, LESS Gas Mileage... but MUCH MORE MONEY! People just want to spend tens of thousands of dollars MORE to get MUCH LESS out of a car. When will Honda get this memo? Oh, was this not supposed to be a head-to head comparison of the Lexus 450H versus the Honda CRV? My apologies. That is my experience. I have owned perhaps 50 cars in my life. The 2018 Honda CRV is the best car I have ever owned, hands down. For anyone who enjoys the pleasure of not being weighed down by all those extra dollars in your wallet, The Lexus 450H is a much better choice. For those who enjoy getting more for less, The CRV can't be beat.

Easy to drive

The technology they have come up with is amazing. The accelerated cruise control makes driving less tiring. The car pretty much drives itself. The middle console is spacious and I love how the back seats fold down flat. I enjoy having remote start and walk away lock feature.

Expect to be as reliable as my husbands 2014 CRV!

Comfortable heated leather seats, adjust nicely I'm 5'2". Average MPG 27 combination of country roads and highway! I like the placement of sun roof, I don't get the glare on my glasses that I get in the 2014 CRV. The driver seat belt "socket" a little hard reach to click as close to center console. I personally prefer the smoother exterior lines of the 2014 CRV. TBD if I will like the adjustable height cargo area (2 dogs) in 2018 model.
