2012 Hyundai Genesis consumer reviews

Purchased this baby on July 31, 2012. Took it on trip to Pompano Beach and Marco Island, Fl in August. It runs like a charm, has plenty of pick-up and power, very quiet, and gets great gas mileage. Has a very large trunk space. Took care of two weeks of luggage for me, wife, and sister who came down from New Jersey for the Marco Island week.

After 3 months and 3000 miles, I must say that I am impressed. I am 6'4" and this car is very comfortable both in town and on the road. The V6 is plenty powerful and gets good mpg considering the size and performance, and does so on regular gas - something that is getting harder to find these days. The design and features seem well thought out, and the craftsmanship is excellent. I have had several people comment that they thought it was a new Mercedes. It's only been 3 months, so I can't really comment on reliability - but I have had no problems at all thus far. So get over it being a Hyundai (just tell everyone it is a Genesis) - and go check it out. I believe you will find it to be an excellent value.

Nice new front&rear styling for 2012,also like the new 8 speed transmission. Very comfortable interior design,plenty legroom for rear sitting area.good gas mileage for the class.

This thing flies! perfprms well on 89 octane, I hope it retains it's value, I notices the headlights, they are cool

I got my car about 5 months ago and I absolutly hate it. Don't be fooled by how good it drives at first. put couple thousand miles on it and you will understand why i hate it. Most unreliable car ever.

I HAVE DRIVEN THE GENESIS ABOUT 4000 MILES IN ABOUT SIX WEEKS. GAS MILEAGE IS GOOD, NOISE IS LOW AND IT RESPONDS AS GOOD AS ANY SIX CYLINDER ENGINE I HAVE OWNED. A CLASSY AUTO

I have had many cars in the past, some very nice ones. I have to say after my purchase of a 2012 Hyundai Genesis V Spec I am blown away. Everything about the car is amazing. I am very happy.

I enjoy the quick acceleration and power this car with reasonable gas mileage provides me. Also, the passenger comfort was an added plus. It provides lots of leg room with headed leather rear seating. My friend who is 6'3 was still able to enjoy passenger seating.

When my wife first suggested we look at the Hyundai Genesis, I said "Why? Its a Hyundai! Who wants that?" I am glad we went to look at it. I am completely blown away by the overall quality and value for the buck. The car rides extremely well and has more power than you will ever need. The quality of workmanship is first rate. The overall apperance can only be summed up this way, "Is that the new Mercedes?" I have been asked that several times. Do yourself a favor, go test drive one. You will be IMPRESSED!!
