2019 Hyundai SANTA FE consumer reviews

Have owned for just three weeks and I’m actually more impressed now than the day I bought it. The 2019 Santa Fe is a total redesign from the 18 model...I found that Other SUV models with comparable equipment list for about $10K more....We got the 2.0 Turbo which has about 50 more HP (235) than the 2.4L engine...the road mileage is listed at 25 on this model...our first road trip yielded 31.9 MPG. Again this is the Ultimate model so it has everything...my favorite thing no doubt is the surround view ...I was intent on our next new vehicle having this option as turning into our garage is a tight trick....this is one of the most amazing new options I’ve ever experienced on an automobile...it has all the new safety features that any of the latest vehicles have plus a few that most Don’t have...like the speed, speed limit, navigation, blind side monitors all show up in a hologram in the windshield...and no it’s not distracting at all...a few other favorites include heated front and rear seats and AC in the front seats...not to mention wireless phone charging, heated steering wheel and the door handles lighting up when you approach the car ....many other things I could mention....and three weeks is a short time but having a longer warranty than almost any other SUV on the road gives me a lot of confidence this is going to continue to be a good experience.

The test drive was on a safe route, therefore not a true feel for a highway ride performance. We did experience how it drove, rode and accelerated up to a point.

Only three days into the new car, but so far it has been great, meeting our needs and wants. The true test will come this week when the children are with us.

This car has met all of our needs. It rides great, has the roominess we were looking for. The technology is outstanding. We love it!

I really like the way the car looks and it is very comfortable to drive. Gets better mileage around town than I expected, about 20 mpg. Stereo is very nice also. Many nice safety features as well.

All the bells and whistles one would expect to find on a luxury brand. The vehicle is quiet with a smooth tight ride. This is my 4th Hyundai and they keep getting better.

We got the SEL model which gives you some additional features over the base SE model. The safety features are great, lane assist, adaptive cruise control, side monitors, automatic braking, pedestrian detection, back up camera with top down view added. Good looking and feels great, really solid ride. Dual air control would have been nice as well as proximity hatch back control, and memory driver seat, but have to move up another level to get those and that makes them pricey.

For the money alone, this SUV cannot be compared to anything else on the road. Every safety feature you can think of is here and operates seamlessly. Lane keeping system is so smooth, passengers don’t even notice it — so is the active cruise control, The standard 2.4 engine and 8 speed transmission are a great match — smooth and quick shifting. The quality of the materials in the interior is nothing short of amazing. LOVE the extended thigh support on the driver’s seat and the effective lumbar support!

Owned this car for a few days so far, and it's by far the most FUN vehicle I've ever owned! I purchased the Ultimate 2.0T Trim on my wife's advice (she said go get what you want, don't settle) and I'm glad she did! This thing is so comfortable, from the ventilated seating to the seperate temperature zones. It's a joy to be in. Then the tech! The thing practically drives itself! The smart cruise control is so much fun to use as it keeps a set distance between you and the car in front of you. Once I adjusted to this, I was able to relax my foot for a 19 mile drive on the turnpike while barely moving an inch! The HUD is fantastic, making it so I don't have to ever look away from the road. Heavily recommend, and will update this review after I've driven for a few weeks. But feels like a bargain considering the amount of bells and whistles you get for the money!

This car exceeded my expectations from all the advanced safety features standard to the Limited trim level that rivals top luxury brands! Really Love It!
