Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling

Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

Just trip 10,000 miles.

Just trip 10,000 miles. Trouble free so far. Gets 34mpg consistently and seats 7. Got it for under 40k. Very comfortable. I think it's one of the most practical vehicles on the road. Only complaint is the windshield wipers only has 3 settings.

I bought a Santa Fe Limited Hybrid last month.

I bought a Santa Fe Limited Hybrid last month. I drove the vehicle home, and it started to shake quite badly. I thought it was just tires out of balance so scheduled an appointment with the dealership service department. They told me the tires needed to be balanced and that it was smooth as glass now. Drove it home and it was anything but smooth. I took it to another dealership where they have had it for almost two weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They think they have it narrowed down now. Time will tell. To say this has been extremely disappointing would be an understatement. When you purchase a new vehicle, it's supposed to be free from defect and operate as advertised. Not this one. Do yourself a favor and skip the Santa Fe and either pick the Tucson or the Palisade. Perform an internet search for Santa Fe transmission failures and prepare to be amazed at the number of failures being reported.

I bought the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy a

I bought the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy a month ago and I absolutely love this vehicle. This is my first brand new car and first SUV at 137 miles on it and I already put on 1,500 miles on it. I have nothing negative to say about this car. We purchased it at Siedel Hyundai in Reading, PA and they were just great to work with. I tend to get 34-40 mpg, depending on how I drive. I keep it on Eco and try to drive under 60 mph. I also put in I am not one for technology but I do love the camera for the rear view mirror and when I park in a spot. I can probably go on and on about this car but I thank God for those that designed this SUV. I test drove a lot of many other SUV's but I did like how well it handled, feature of the Captains seats and no plastic liner on the bottom like other SUVs.

Purchased a '24 Santa FE Hybrid Calligraphy trim.

Purchased a '24 Santa FE Hybrid Calligraphy trim. Car broke down at 350 miles. Was at the dealership for 30 days. Determined that catalytic converter was faulty. Hyundai replaced and I proceeded to drive the car another 3k miles at which point it broke down yet again while I was 200 miles away from home. Engine check light came on, message to check charging system, and the car went into limp mode (i.e. will not go over 30mph). Had it towed to the nearest dealer in Wausau, WI (which was 50 miles from where I was staying). The dealer did a quick diagnostic and said no codes were appearing although I have a photo I took of the dash showing the engine and charging check lights on. The dealer could not provide a loaner or a rental, so I had to book a car with Avis out-of-pocket. I am now without a car YET AGAIN waiting for it to be transported to the Hyundai in Downers Grove, Illinois where I purchased this vehicle. I have purchased several new cars over my lifetime, and I have NEVER experienced anything quite like this. $52k for this?

I test drove almost everything else out there before

I test drove almost everything else out there before getting the new Sante Fe. I've had the hybrid for 3 months. Very comfortable. Interior room is amazing. Very quiet. Averaging 41-42 MPG in mostly around town driving. Very glad that I waited for the new design. Only complaints are (1) AC/Heat fan control panel is "distracting" (an understatement). Tiny icons, very poorly lit, and panel is always covered in finger smudges. (2) The emergency key is silly. Everyone else makes this an insert in the key fob itself. Hyundai makes it another "key" (silly). (3) No floor mats? I had to order them and then they didn't fit. Dealer took them back and said Hyundai wasn't taking any more orders until they made some that fit properly.

We took a trip having it the truck having it for 3 weeks.

We took a trip having it the truck having it for 3 weeks. The trip was very comfortable made the long trip less fatiguing and felt secure and confident during the drive. It took all road types without issues. Overall mpg was about 30 mpg, though flat and mountainous roads. Speeds from local road limits to above highway speeds handling all without issues and great confidence. Used the sports mode a few times on the mountainous whindey roads which made handling them a breeze. We have only seen a handful of the gas versions so far.
