My car has currently been in the shop for 6 days with no end in sight. There has been a vibration at a steady 60 mph, which stops when you let off the gas. This vibration was like running over a rumble strip but with gaps in between - if that makes sense. A second vibration appeared and would vibrate as if the car were a cell phone and was vibration. The car has also been leaking oil from the pan and filter housing. The dealer claims the vibration is from my tires (purchased about 7 months ago new) and an ill-connected fuel injector harness. They still haven't found the reason for the oil leak though, so it remains in the shop. The only thing decent about the experience is that I have the 2024 Santa Fe as a loaner vehicle. My other issue is that if this vibration continues, that they'll expect me to replace the tires (another $800) to prove it isn't the tires. Or, if it IS the tires, is the car's suspension that bad that it has worn out the tires? None of it makes sense, so I may just go back to VW.

Great Car with less than Great MPG on Hwy

If you are looking for great Hybrid mileage, this car will be a disappointment, but if you will settle for better-than-average overall mileage, it is a great car. I love the safety features that come standard with the Blue Hybrid and love that it doesn't stop and start at traffic lights! It runs smoothly and has plenty of power for me. I am happy with it despite the disappointing highway mileage (I'm not on the highway often).

Great vehicle but poor highway MPG for a hybrid!!

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

Tucson 2022

Overall it’s a great car. Great mileage on the hybrid Tucson. I really think the backup alarm is WAY to loud and annoying. I’m also having issues with the check engine light and the mechanics can’t figure out why. The computer says it’s a exhaust issue and parts have been replaced but that still failed. I haven’t been able to drive my car for 3 months now.

Awesome!

This car punches way above its class. Could not be happier. My last three cars were Acura, BMW, Genesis. This car has more going for it in technology, comfort, and never feel a lack of power when needed. Add in 35+ mpg and I highly recommend.

Phenomenal vehicle

Love this car, only had it 4 days though. Hybrid limited. As some who uses the steering wheel controls, lack of a volume knob is a non-issue. I actually like the touch controls. Audio system is good, but I preferred the Infinity system from my Sorento over Bose. City mpg is around 35 for me, combined 33. Highway (4 hour trip, 2 stops) 29mpg. I have 400 miles on it. I wish the push button shifter took up less space, and that the cup holders were larger. Plenty of power and handling is competent, if not sporty. Love the large moonroof, wish the opening was larger though. I had not been looking for a hybrid initially. I liked the Tucson, but not enough power for me. Enter the hybrid, it's perfect.

Best Value Compact SUV available

The new Tucson Hybrid AWD combines edgy exterior styling with high tech comfy interior design. The design and drive are excellent due to Hyundai making this suv roomier, more powerful and loaded with the latest safety tech. The ride is excellent the looks are excellent, the warranty is excellent

Love it!

This car has exceeded my expectations. It is roomy and comfortable. Smooth ride. I love the exterior design. I commute 23 miles each way and, so far, I'm averaging around 34-35 MPG. Not bad for an SUV. The one thing I don't like about this car is the obnoxiously loud backup beep that it has, they need to turn that down. The whole parking lot doesn't need to know I'm backing out of a parking spot. It sounds like I'm driving a dump truck, it's embarrassing.
