2019 INFINITI QX50 consumer reviews

I bought a brand new QX50 in September 2018 and the map in the Navigation system is at least 3 years old. Infiniti customer care told me that is completely reasonable and I will have to order to by myself to have it updated. Second, the forward emergency system does not work as it shows on YouTube or on their website. When you test drive it, you might want to pay attention to it. Third the sun roof makes rattling noise, it took a long time and multiple visits to fix it and I was told by the dealer that the part is very hard to get.

Most reliable car I've owned. This car meets all my needs for my lifestyle in Colorado! Will enjoy diving it in the mountains for hiking and skiing.

This car is very sporty yet luxurious. It drives well & is very quiet. It was a great deal as well because you get a lot added features.

This is the second QX50 we have owned! The new 2019 QX50 is a slightly different body style, a somewhat larger interior and the new Turbo engine! It rides a bit different than the 2016 QX50 that we owned previously, but when I use the sport driving mode, it is similar! I look forward to loving this one as I did the last!!

I've only owned the car for two months and I've already had to take it in to be serviced due to rattling and vibrations when accelerating. The service center advised they are seeing this problem on the new QX50 but are not sure engineers have found a fix for it. I was told "well it doesn't affect your car's ability to drive, so...". I expected more from a luxury SUV. Very disappointed.

This vehicle rides like a dream and you truly know that you're in the life of luxury! If you're single or you have a family, this is the vehicle for you.

The car met all if my needs; stylish, had efficient and comfort. I haven't purchased a new car in over 30 years so this is exciting for me.

This 2019 QX50 Essential is the 9th Infiniti we have purchased from Bommarito Infiniti, Ellisville MO. This car has superb quality fit and finish, superior quality of inferior materials. I am averaging 25 miles per gallon in mostly city stop and go driving. The dealership provides superb service. I doubt there is a SUV with better quality fit and finish, interior material quality without buying a gand made vehicle like a Bentley.

I have 2019 QX50 essential. Recently got into an accident and need to replace a door. Found out the parts are not in US?? so they have to order the parts from Mexico or Japan and ship it back to US. It's been 6weeks since autoshop ordered the parts to infiniti and they still can't give us the shipping schedule of the parts.... frustrating..had i known that Infiniti does not hold enough replacement parts for this vehicle, i'd never bought this vehicle.. with this experience i don't think i will use infiniti again.

Downgrading from a QX60 because I don't need the space anymore. I love the looks and the interior of the new QX50. Quality built, I like the new engine and the CVT works better with the new pairing.
