Most stylish dependable car I ever owned.

Amazing technology package, backup camera has many views- including forward view(for parking etc). Perfect for family & trips. Lots of leg room for all . Leather Seats are comfortable & adjustable & heated. Very stylish-gets praised by strangers all the time.

New Owner

I recently purchased this vehicle used, with low miles, for a great price. This isn't my first Infiniti (I once owned a QX4), but it's been awhile since I've owned one. I've owned vehicles from both Mercedes Benz and BMW, so I understand luxury and performance. In fact, my last vehicle was an MB CL600, a total contrast to the QX56. I must say that I'm pleasantly surprised with my decision to go back to Infiniti with my recent purchase. It looks great (acquired taste for some), handles well in the city (despite the size), and has all of the luxuries of other high-end brands. Though I've only owned this vehicle for a month, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Time will tell about my overall satisfaction.

Great SUV

Purchased a used QX56 with the tech&theater packages and I drove it from Roswell, Georgia to Baltimore, Md and it was the smoothest most comfortable ride in a truck ever it was the best ride I've ever had in a truck

Known engine issues....

I have had this vehicle for 18 months and love the luxury ride and performance of the vehicle. Recently I had some engine noise, which I was told was the Timing Chain at 83,500 miles... It is designed to last the life of the engine. Since I was 13,500 miles out of warranty, had to pay for this out of pocket. Had the vehicle back for 5 days, then engine stopped. Now I am told I need to replace the engine at $10,000. It turns out there is a service bulletin on this issue and they have a bad timing chain part.....these vehicles are 3 years old and start to need a new engine....Not what I expect from a Luxury line... :(

Best SUV On The Market

I've driven everything from a Geo Metro, Lexus, Minivans, Yukon's...you name it. This car....is....heaven. But, I have every option you can think of in my car. If you can, SPLURGE for the options...because they are AWESOME. I love this car. It's unhealthy. Best SUV I've every driven. In fact I was in an accident about a year ago where I was sandwiched between two trucks at a stoplight. My car was barely touched. But the other two trucks....nearly totaled. I love it.

Infinity review

Excellent SUV, transition from a mini-van to this WOW! Drives like a dream, quiet, smooth and looks sleek. I have 4 kids to transport- does not have the most room in the world but all of the other amenities make up for this. The 3rd row is roomy for 3 kids if needed. I have received numerous compliments on this vehicle.

Love this SUV

This is my second QX56 and I love this truck. If I totaled it tomorrow, as soon as I got my insurance check, I would go buy my third. Not great gas mileage, but great at everything else.

So much fun and amazing people!

I've never been able to say purchasing a car was a good time, or even that it didn't take ALL day. Antonio and Chad from Mike Ward Infiniti have changed that! What a great team of people to work with on my car purchase. They made it easy and explained everything to a girl who doesn't know all that much about cars. I will return to work with them again on a future car purchase and will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Best SUV I've driven

No regrets buying this SUV. Test drove a Mercedez, Escalade, Audi Q7, Toyota Land Cruiser. Infiniti was the best looking vehicle, best interior and very comfortable drive. My kids love the entertainment package. Tons of space. I was very surprised with the mileage. I get 15.5 MPG City and 20-22 MPG Hightway. Driving to Colorado this summer with family. Can't hardly wait. I'm very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this vehicle with family.

Beautiful, comfortable, and reliable

We traded in our Cadillac Escalade for the QX56 which has all of the options (4wd, delux touring, technology, and the tv's in the headrests) what a big difference from the Escalade. GM's just don't hold up well after a while. Things start falling apart and the leather always looks horrible after a while. Whereas the QX already has 12,000 miles on it and it even has the new car smell! The leather still looks great and barely touched! It was a little pricey ($77,000+) but I believe it was worth it. The dashboard is beautifully put together. The heated steering wheel works excellent when in cold weather! The front seats are comfortable as well as the bucket seats in the second row and even the reclinable third row is comfortable enough for a 5'8 person such as myself. The Bose 'centerpoint' audio system is so great as well! The engine is great too! The car can get you in a little trouble if you have a heavy foot like me! The acceleration is awesome and with 400HP under the hood, it moves quick needless to say. The exterior styling is beautiful! I get compliments all the time on it because it isn't a very popular car such as the Escalade where you see one every time you turn a corner. My only complaints are the third row takes forever to fold (you have to hold the buttons until the seats are down. And the mirror adjustment switches are in an awkward place at your kneecaps. In the 2013 model they moved the switches to the door by the window buttons. Other than that the QX is beautiful, fast, useful, and comfortable. Gas mileage is about 15 average which is expected when it comes to an SUV. I highly reccomend this vehicle to anyone! I plan to keep it for a very long time, and with it being japanese, I expect it to last a long time! Infiniti did a really great job with this vehicle!
