Major problems after owning it for 24 hours

DISAPPOINTMENT is an understatement. I purchased the 2014 QX60 from Berman Infiniti in Chicago and 24 hours after driving the vehicle away from the dealership, the transmission failed. I had it towed back to the dealership in the middle of the night and that afternoon, the service department confirmed there were issues with the trans. I later read the 2014 models had a number of transmission complaints. I'm sure the dealership knew there were problems and was surprised the issues re-occurred just 1 day after they allowed me to drive the SUV off the lot. I would stay away from the 2014 models and certainly stay away from Berman Infiniti of Chicago.

Wonderful car so far

I purchased this vehicle two weeks and so far it has been wonderful. It is stylish inside and out and has a very regal and luxurious feel to it. It also comes with a great set of high end functions for driver assistance and safety. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far.

Good fuel economy and lots of room

The styling and layout of the vehicle are great. The interior is luxury all the way. The leather is premium, the controls and features are well laid out.

Good value

Bought it brand new in November. Infinity really wanted to get rid of the last 2015 models so made a decent price. Actually much lower than the best price Acura could do. Was not my first choice (Acura MDX was) but I am not dissatisfied. People do not like the CVT but I kinda like it. It doesn't feel like the sewing machine you'll experience with small 4 cylinders matched to CVT's at all. 20 000kM yet and absolutely no trouble.

Not a Reliable Car

Poor performance. Not even driving the car for 2 years (bought brand new, not used) and the transmission had to be already changed. Still having other issue with this car. Would not recommend. You can get a better car for this same price. Very disappointed

Very nice product

This is a very high quality vehicle in all regards my only complaint is the drivers side is cramped. I say that as a 6-3 male I have had a lot of problems with my drivers leg knee ever since I got my new qx60. This vehicle is not well designed for taller people.

Drives like a dream, Kids love it

After looking at all high and low end 7-passenger SUVs, I selected a black QX60 with black and java interior. It's very nice looking and has every package Infiniti offered. Love the cooled seats in the front. I love how the steering handles--extremely smooth. It's such a comfy ride for all ages. Love the 2nd row can adjust to give 3rd row riders more room when needed. And the salesperson at the dealership has called/emailed 3 times already to see how my first day and first few weeks have been with the car--very impressive. We will see how reliable it is, as I've only had it for 2 weeks. My only complaint is that the leather seats in my husband's infiniti are a much higher quality--they should have used a better leather for the front seats. Other than that, I love it.

Not Value for Money

1. There is no seat chime alert ( Sound) 2. Music continues to play (USB /DVD) while you receive/make calls. If you talk for 20 min music play in background ( so stupid design) 3. No LED lights , No rearview mirror indicator 4. If you play music and alerts/Beep can?t hear ( all other cars music volume automatically cut down) 5. Lot pf places sharp objects which really hurt 6. GPS is slow 7. Infiniti connection and APP is waste 8. Gas mileage so pathetic with the Power it gives 9. Steering wheel is made of cheap material 10. Keyless entry and Power door sometimes malfunctioning 11. USB port or AUX is not handy

New to Infiniti

This car I am really falling in love with!!!! The interior is wonderful; the color combination is to die for (warm and welcoming). I am new to the Infiniti family but I plan to stay with them; the car buying experience was like no other experience I have had thus far with purchasing a vehicle. The design of the vehicle is family friendly and very spacious. Driving in the sport selection option of CVT the vehicle drive like you are driving a car it has great manueverablity. Overall I am happy with my vehicle and was very pleased with my experience.
