Why would you not want to own a genuine Bionic Cheetah?
Why would you not want to own a genuine Bionic Cheetah? I have owned the spectrum from VW Beetles to diesel dualies and everything in between. This is the last car I will ever buy, and if it wears out, I will buy another. The perfect blend of performance, functionality for everyday life, reliability, and design so far ahead of its time (and timeless!) that Porsche, BMW, Audi, Genesis, etc are all just now coming out with knock-offs. Just buy it.

Great style/performance
I purchased a 2017 QX70s in 2023 with 55k miles. I have the 3.7 v6 with a cold air intake and axle-back exhaust due to old exhaust rusting out up here in the northeast. I compare this to the first gen BMW X5 4.4i in terms of feel/power. Porsche macan/cayenne drivers amongst others stare at the car as I drive by. It has such a unique presence that was ahead of its time. I love it.

Absolutely love my QX70 you need to drive and you will know why I prefer to drive this more than my beloved mustang and believe me the QX70 handles like nothing else on the road will keep mine until the wheels fall off highly recommended

Love this car
I purchased a used 2012 FX35 about 6 years ago and drove it daily. It was a black obsidian premium. I also have a jag xk. I loved the fx more than any other car I have owned and that's a lot of cars. I decided that I needed a new one and went on a search for a reasonably low mileage 2017 QX70. I located one in Birmingham AL and bought it. I was very fortunate to find a black Limited with the 21 inch wheels and all the custom interior components. It is beautiful. So I am giving my FX35 which is in excellent condition to my grandson. I cannot imagine why Infiniti discontinued the QX70 - head and shoulders the best they offered. The 80 is a school bus with known engine issues and the 50s and 60s are wimpy. I heard rumors they are bringing it back, hope thats true.

‘17 QX70 rough loud bangs
We have owned 3 FX35’s, then I bought a QX70 and surprised my wife with it. All of our Infiniti have been her daily drivers, she LOVED them! We lime the QX but cannot get to the bottom of a problem…it has a loud hard bang with every rough spot on the road or large bump/dip on the road. We know the suspension is stiff performance, it’s not that, it sounds like an old car ball joint issue…dealer denies any problems! Please help if have ideas! TIA

My QX70S
Purchased my white QX70S in 2017. After six plus years I’m reading articles as to how I can make it last twenty more years. Vehicle mileage (in 2023) is 26,000. I have it detailed every 3/4 months. It’s parked outside in Florida under a tree, looks as nice as when I bought it. Gas consumption reads 19.7 mph generally. Now and then I get 21 mpg. It’s only been serviced at an Infiniti dealer. Biggest complaint is the sunroof tubes leaked during a hurricane but I have the weather tech floor mats, it was expensive to correct. Driving in the same Bridgestone 21” tires and only on my second battery. It gets attention, it’s a great car. One day I might sell it but I just haven’t found a car I like better so I may have it forever which is ok with me. I’m hopeful the Infiniti dealer will help me maintain it for many years to come, hope they don’t go out of business.

NO SUCCESSOR ??
Greatest crossover ever. SAD Infiniti did not replace it. Nothing in the current line-up appeals to me. Jaguar must be selling lots of F-Pace over the loss of this great car.

Best kept secret
Black 2017 QX Limited, interior leather is quilted Bentley like. Love DRL LEDS and rear clear lights. It’s engine sound is better than our 2009 FX we had that we loved. We had a 2003 FX too. Front grill beautiful like our 2017 Q60 coupe. Drives very nice and we enjoy all the safety features , rear detection , front crash, lane departure and wish it had blind spot. Overall it’s a beautiful car and not like the norm and if the 2017 anything like our 2009 was then I can add RELIABLE

Most underrated SUV I have ever owned!
I recently sold my 2017 QX70 for a BMW X5 because Infiniti has nothing comparable to the QX70. Having said that, here is my assessment of the QX70 compared to other SUVs I have driven and the X5 I own for anyone looking to buy a used one. The QX70, is NOT the one to get if you care about technology. The main screen resolution is 10 years behind the times! The camera system however, is one of the best. Because of the 360-degree view it is better than the one on the X5 and Cayenne from 2018. If you get the premium interior, the leather quality is far superior to the X5 and Cayenne, although the seats are not as adjustable, they are more comfortable. Overall, the interior on the QX70 is very high quality and in 3 years my QX70 has no rattles. The X5 has interior rattles in the first month! The interior space is also the same as the Cayenne and X5 - both front and rear. However, the luggage space is somewhat smaller. The driving dynamics is closer to the Cayenne than the X5 and it handles much better than the X5 in corners. I haven't driven the Cayenne enough to do a serious comparison, but from my comparison it is similar. I would have bought another QX70 if Infiniti just updated the center console to support Apple CarPlay, added rear window shade, heated seats in rear, heated steering wheel, rear climate control, ventilated front seats. Basically, the features on this car is non-existant for an SUV of this generation. The new QX50 is rubbish to drive and so is the QX60. The 2016 QX50 and QX70 were their last great products. They should offer the new QX50 with the Q50 Red engine choice and dynamic handling. My 2 cents worth.

This is the first car I have ever loved driving
I am not a car person, but I thought this car looked good and had excellent performance when I drove it. Since I have owned it I can honestly say this is the first car I have ever loved driving.
