Garbage

Piece of crap. Completely and utterly junk. The pitiful 3.7L V6 offers terrible acceleration, and barely gets out of its own way. Also, a 4 speed auto? What was jeep thinking? Is this 2002? They took the same tech from the 1st gen liberty and said”good enough” for the 2nd gen Liberty. Completely underpowered, have lost control of the vehicle on a busy roadway. The cherry on top of this crap sundae? The fuel economy. I drive like a grandma and still on the best days get 16mpg. My 00’ ranger got better gas milage than this burning crap storm. The only redeeming quality is the 4WD. Antiquated, terrible in every category, and outmatched by all in its competition. Do yourself a favor, when looking for a new vehicle, look elsewhere. You’d get better reliability out of a Ford Fiesta. DO NOT BUY!!

A big upgrade from my 2008 liberty.

I will be doing Jeep stuff in this vehicle for many years to come. It is comfortable on the highway as well. It has a very comfortable ride. And it will go just about anywhere.

2nd time I've owned a Liberty - both times vehicle

Towed this vehicle behind my motorhome, couldn't have worked out better. When not being towed, it is a great vehicle in the snow, fun to drive. If you can't have a Wrangler, the Jeep Liberty is the best alternative.

Love It!

This car is full of little secrets and helpful quirks that you will continue to find months are you driving it. One of the best cars I have ever driven.

Not reliable, had to trade in early.

I bought this car brand new. While I enjoyed having 4WD, and I liked the style of the vehicle, it was a purchase I really regret. Jeep is not Jeep it is owned by Fiat and is now essentially Italian company. The quality of the interior was exceedingly low, with hard plastic surfaces that scratched easily, and many plastic parts broke on the passenger and driver sides because they couldn't take regular use. The transmission was going out by 70,000 miles, and the fluids could not be checked by anybody but the dealer. The suspension was so terrible I went through two front left axles without even going off-roading or doing anything unusual. In 2012, I could have spent 30k on a new FJ Cruiser which would be worth well over 20k today, but I decided to get the slightly cheaper option and cause myself years of frustration. Jeeps are not reliable, they are not quality cars, and while they may look pretty now, you are only doing yourself a disservice by purchasing a Jeep instead of more proven and reliable vehicles.

Stay Away!

Do your research thoroughly, this suv is not worth buying. I have a 2009 with the skyslider and it broke with less than 50k miles. The abs lights, etc turn on and rides weird. The airbag light turns on, the tire sensors are cheaply made and broke. Take it from someone who owns it and Jeep/chrysler couldn't care less about their consumers. This WILL be the last time I buy anything from them. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Awesome Car

Great car to drive. Beautiful looking car. Easy to put from two wheel to four wheel drive. We are the second owners. Teens would love this car.

My wife's 4th Jeep

Super deal on a really clean vehicle. 37,000 on a 2012! I'm really glad we found it when we did. She'll probably buy another Jeep someday.

Best car I have owned very trustworthy.

This car is very smooth, and comforting. There’s so much room inside. It’s interior and exterior are so clean cut. I feel so comfortable driving it. I bought this used from montage motors.
