Excellent mileage
I like the way it rides, drives, and handles. The gas mileage is great, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone.

Kia Niro. Great car and service with Crown Kia
Great vehicle to travel anywhere! Gives you a lot of extras and superior gas mileage. I received great customer service from Peyton Seay at Crown Kia of Dublin. He is professional and knowledgeable on all the Kia makes and models. Don’t underestimate the styling and options a Kia can give you. Lots of bang for your buck!

Most reliable car we even owned.
Fantastic. Silent. Space. Just a weekend in Paris. Excellent airco. Great GPS. We love this car after 15 other cars. The guarantee of 7 years gives safe feelings.

Hidden Issues that Detract from Niro
From the beginning, and now 49,000 miles and two years later, this car hesitates upon acceleration, sometimes jerking, as if it was taking a moment between electric cutting off and gas engine engaging. Not smooth. Other things - gets terrible gas mileage in winter (35 mpg vs 50-55) because gas engine runs so much to make heat, and again in extreme heat it drops to 35 mpg when A/C has to work hard. I drive on freeway a lot and I'm luck to get 40 mpg there. It can't handle highway speeds. Best mileage is driving around town slowly. The steering wheel can't be adjusted high enough to slide out from under it when entering and exiting vehicle (I'm 5'11", 235 LB). The emergency brake footpad is too small and constantly snags my shoelaces, and the stereo system consistently reverts to mono except when idling, as if the car has too much of a load on both the battery and the gas engine when operating it, and fails to deliver enough electrical power to the unit to sustain a stereo image. It's annoying for it to jump back and forth between mono and stereo. It had 6 recalls the first year and the door handles broke off and all 4 had to be replaced. The original carbon cabin filter has been replaced by a cheap generic non-carbon filter as the Genuine Kia Part. The price was reasonable to purchase and the gas mileage is good part of the year but I have serious doubts about whether I will ever purchase another one, or a Kia brand.

What a great car!
Being a big guy, 6'4" and 280lbs, I was looking for a daily driver that I could fit in and was economical but not wanting to go cheap. Read the reviews as to how the Niro, along with a couple of other Kia models, are surprisingly quite spacious. I have a coworker who just loves his 2018 Niro so decided to set up a test drive at a local dealership and the rest is history. I just loved it and couldn't believe the room and the great look of the vehicle. Debated as to whether the hybrid, phev or ev made the best sense for me and decided on the hybrid. Being in Canada we are metric so have to confirm that I am getting just under 900 kms per tank, which is 45 litres capacity. My monthly fuel expenses have gone down by 60%. I opted for the EX premium trim package which includes the technology package. In Canada the EX premium is just below the top Touring trim package. Love it. Wireless cell charging, lane change assist etc etc. Sunroof. I can't begin to list it all but I have absolutely no regrets. Best new car purchase I have ever made. The LED taillights and the Pearl White paint are so sharp. Don't forget Michelin tires. Go test drive one.

Fuel-efficient, responsive and comfortable.
Love every aspect - comfort, ride, styling, wonderful sound system... and especially fuel economy. I'm a careful driver but even so - EPA on mine is 51/46 and as of this morning, I'm averaging 61.5 mpg after 5200 miles, which include two trips Bay Area/Medford and one to Tahoe. Yes, as all the critics say, it could use a little more power, especially on hills. It's a nit.

Awesome Car!
This is the favorite of any car I have ever owned, very comfortable and I am 6'4" tall, very roomy and kind of sporty. I get up to 57 MPG in the summer, I will never be without on of these again!

Unreal MPG
I routinely get between 54 and 61 MPG. Gas station visits are down to 1 per month as I have no need for more than that.

Nice looking vehicle
The only thing is it's hesitant on starts from stopped. I think this should be expected though. Other then that it seems to be a great vehicle & the 100,000 mile warranty even covers the Battery on the electric motor.
