2018 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

My 2018 Kia Sorento is very reliable Except the dealer can't fix my steering problem. After three try's. At 50 plus miles per hour the steering ( electric controlled ) falls to sleep and when I nudge the steering wheel the car jerks either left or right, It feels like, If you were to loosen a tight cap on a jar it suddenly pops loose because of this I have to be ready to react.

This 2018 Sorento is far superior to the 2011 we gave to our son in law. Could not be happier with the vehicle. Buying experience was great and the service has been exceptional.

Bought this car looking for a cheaper option but was impressed with what I received. Have owned Many Korean cars but this one was the best. Design, power and stability.

I purchased this car for my mobile dog grooming business..6 cyc... Not very dependable car in cold weather....missed several days of work because of not starting...

Mechanically this is a great car. It is reliable, responsive and even for a 4 cyl it moves swiftly. My problem is how uncomfortable the seats are. From the moment I test drove it I mentioned the seats were not properly shaped/formed and the seats were uncomfortable. The salesman said they will confirm to your body over time. What a crock of bull. I have grown used to the unpleasant feel but lament every time I get into my wife's Toyota, for her car is exponentially more comfortable.

Car performs excellent and gets a constant 28 to 29 mpg with AWD & large motor. 99% of my driving is highway. Biggest complaint is the seat comfort without having power seats and the seat fabric is hard to clean. I would buy again but I would definitely have power seats and leather.

I needed a vehicle with more leg room and that is exactly what I got. I have plenty of room for the grandkids and car seats. Yeay! No more aching back putting the baby in the carseat.

This car has so much room inside. I test drove other similar SUVs and this one was the best. II will buy one again. Great!
