I heavily regret having purchased a 2024 Telluride.

I heavily regret having purchased a 2024 Telluride. Its rating as number one SUV is baloney. I should have read the preceding customer feedbacks before buying this big lemon. Within 50K miles the front passenger side trimming came loose and was flapping that I have to remove it. Replacement didn’t arrive until after 6 months. It took 3 visits within 1 year for them to finally diagnose that the worsening rattle was from a rear shock absorber. I was charged $40 for inflating a low pressure tire. At 14k miles the engine symbol lit up which took 7 working days to diagnose and “fix”. Since the waiting time for a loaner car was 5 weeks (!), quite revealing, I had to rent a car out of pocket. After a few more miles of driving, the orange engine sign lit up again within about a month. It’s been 2 weeks now and the lemon is still ripening in their shop! For what it’s worth they managed to find a loaner for me this time, thank you very much. MN

There was a recall on the outside window trim for the 2024 Kiatelluride. All of the outside trims have fallen off of 3 windows. The first trim was put on fairly fast. The other two trims on the front 2 doors have been off since October of 2024. I had to bring my vehicle in and leave it. It was there for 4 hours and they called me to pick it up and nothing was done. They are 5,000 parts behind. One blew off on the passenger front driving down the road and the other I took off because I was afraid it would fly off and hit another vehicle. I contacted KIA corporation and she told me they were behind on production. Really, I've been waiting since October without window trim on 2 vehicles. There isn't any reason that it's taken this long to get those parts. Kia is only concerned with selling new cars and forget about the ones already sold. Ive had more than one person notice the trim being missing. They said they thought KIA was a great vehicle but having a problem on that expensive a car and the time its taken to resolve it, they will buy another vehicle. So, Kia has lost at leave 3 sales because of my issues. This is the most expensive vehicle I've owned. We've owned Plymouths, Chevys, Toyotas and Fords, none of those vehicles have had a problem like this. Patricia Stackler

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I have been driving KIA Telluride 2024 for a month and I regret that I leased this car. If I had an option I would return it immediately with no hesitation. Here are the short comes: 1- The fuel consumption is disaster. You can not get better than 17MPG in the city and 20 MPG on highway. Don't believe manufacturer specified MPG 2- The noise insulation is not good at all. I had a Chevy truck before this (and luckily still I have it) and the level of noise you hear from road in Telluride is much higher than my old Chevy. 3- Shock and bump absorption is not good at all, if you are driving in a road that is not smooth, it is not comfortable at all. 4- Internal space is much smaller than what is being advertised by KIA. I have compared it with few other vehicle in this class (Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer and Chevy Traverse). You will be disappointed with the trunk space and 3rd row seat leg room. 5- With all of those issues the price tag of 48-50 K for SX Line that I paid is not worth it. My recommendation is not to consider this vehicle if you are looking for a midsize SUV.

It's been three years since I've owned this car.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to the 2024 Kia

I have mixed feelings when it comes to the 2024 Kia telluride. I purchased my 2024 Kia Telluride in 2023 October. I only had the vehicle for 10 days before the transmission went out. Kia is in the process of buying back my truck and I’m in the market of purchasing a new SUV. However, all the reviews says that the Kia telluride is the number one selling vehicle. With my research, I am confused on how can it be the number one selling vehicle with the issues that people have with their telluride? I have mixed feelings if I would recommend this SUV.

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

Good value, nice vehicle for the money.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.
