Best buy in my lifetime

Bought the 323 from a storage container for $500. It had 155,400 miles. The a/c will freeze you out. The seats are comfortable. The road noise is a bit much over 75 mph. I drive 50 miles to work at 57 mph (my choice) and last tank 6/30/2011, got 39 mpg. I have had to change pads and brake calipers in the front pads in the rear. Gone through a couple of belts. At 215,000 miles now it uses about a quart of 10W40 Amsoil between changes (every 10,000 miles). I have never gotten this much value from any vehicle of any type since I started driving in 1971. If you find one in good working order, BUY IT. My $500 Mazda 323 gets better fuel economy than the $35,000 hybrids on the market today. What a buy!!!
