Stylish and Reliable SUV
I have owned my 2009 Mazda CX-9 for 4 years now and I enjoy driving it. It has pep when you need it, its comfortable and attractive. It has been a reliable car for me, just regular maintenance issues, nothing above and beyond.

Mazda Can't be beat in battle of 3rd row vehicles
As an AWD 3rd row seating SUV, the vehicle is good-looking, large enough to travel like a pack-mule, and it is very comfortable. It is smooth to drive (even with 160K miles on it), and has been great for all of the family type things for which we have needed it. The one watch-out is if you plan to keep it for a long time, be aware that the transfer cases have a tendency of wearing out after ~150K miles. Other than that expensive caveat, it has been bulletproof.

Great family car
Many great road trips, family vacations - Adirondacks, Maine, New Hampshire, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Washington DC, Virginia, Baltimore, Ocean City. Great car for large family, soccer mom, field trip mom, kayaking, paddleboarding. Seats 7 comfortably. Lots of cargo room with the seats folded down. A lot of spunk, zero to sixty in a few seconds.

Great car for family.
Great car, easy to drive, solid acceleration, good amount of leg room except for third row. Can load it up with family and luggage no problem.

High quality for the price
Mazda is never the most luxurious but rarely does anything beat them for the price with respect to quality of fit and finish or performance and longevity.

Overall this is a great SUV
I stopped by Jeep/Chrysler Pembroke pines since they had the Mazda cx9 I wanted in the color I wanted, and I have to say I was very happy I stopped by that dealer. My sales man Mitchell Gross which I was very pleased to meet, helped me along the way to make sure I was getting a great deal on the car I always wanted, and all his work paid off. That same day I walked away with the mazda cx9. I was definitely one happy camper. Thanks Mitchell Gross and Jeep/Chrysler Pembroke pines for all the help.

Nimble and amazing value
great 7 seater, fun to drive around corners, good acceleration and handling. cargo space is amazing, the price point was the biggest positive and we have 40k on ours in 3 years and no problems whatsoever. Interior styling is better than most others. Another huge positive is the exterior visibility which was poor on everything else i test drove except the audi Q5 (that was twice the price) the only 7 seater that I considered was MDX and that too was 12K more expensive. Handling on cx-9 was better but MDX had more "oomph" in acceleration. I bought the touring and did not get the nav etc.
