Reliable, Economical, This is a Sports Car

This is my wife's car and is lady driven about 95% of the time. It is a joy to drive. It hugs the road and is very tight. The tires are excellent for cornering or interstate driving. My wife is sad to be selling, but we have 3 cars and can only take two of them to Canada with us. You will LOVE this car.

Best car for styling, economy, and power!

This was the best car I ever owned. It had the 2.6 litre engine so there was some get up and go, and the styling with a rear deck spoiler, sun roof, and leather seats felt like I was in a Jaguar or Maserati. But it was a compact car that provided great handling, good gas mileage, and easy parking. I highly recommend the Mazda3!!!

Pretty reliable

Good for small people, small families. Not a lot of room for groceries and kids but single people can make it work. Back seats go down which is nice but not nearly enough for full back seat usage. These cars are usually cheaper which is nice and do last a long time. Headlight bulbs are difficult to replace, but everything else isn't so bad.

beautiful sendan

Great fast Mazda 3. If you like a fast responsive speedy car this is it. Stick shift dark blue with black interior. Engine is great, 4 cylinder (2.0), great on gas! New tires, Tinted windows and I will include my iTrip plug in for your smart phone. **Smog Certified** (new sensors). When you drive this car you will love it. Needs a little bit of TLC on the right side of exterior but minor for the cost. Also needs an AC compressor. Send me a message to take a test drive. 121,000 miles / 190km

Fun and reliable!

Fun, reliable and practical car! Especially with the 2.3L and a manual its engaging and handles well. Tight steering is great. Hatchback looks great and super useful.

Great Commuter Car

I have a Black Hatchback 2.3 GT with 124000 miles and runs like a champ (FUN) with the 5-speed! I put about 80 miles a day on her and has not skipped a beat.. does use a little bit of oil but switching to full synthetic has helped a lot maybe 1/2 a quart used every 3500 miles.. Get around 23.5 mpg and I drive it like I stole it lol, Does not leak oil at all so must be burning which I hear is common with this car with the 2.3! Overall I would buy again!! Highly Recommend this car.. Plan on keeping it till the wheels fall off!

Bad purchase. Friday afternoon lemon?

I am surprised people wrote so much great reviews about this car because it became known that this car had a lot of issues in my region (Eastern Canada). I see a lot of them full of rust and these are 2006-2009 models. I think I wasn't lucky because 3 weeks after buying this new car, I had to be towed back to the dealer because a hose broke near the engine. When a the weather was a bit humid, the brakes would just make so much noise that I would wake up all the neighborhood in the morning going to work. Went to the dealer, argue with them, nothing to be done. And all this the first 2-3 years. Then, even with rust treatment, after 4 years, rust started to appear between the doors in the upper part. Shock mount broke twice, check engine is still on after replacing thermostat and sensors, etc ,etc. I bought this car because I like the look and I was thinking it was reliable. The look is fine but the reliability is far from my expection

Good little used car

Purchased a 2006 Mazda3 for our teenage daughter as her first car. Wanted something reliable - yet cute, of course - and feel like we got everything we wanted. Had 130,000 miles on it, but ran great and from the research we've done it should run for many more miles. Drives nice, feels solid, and she loves driving it.
