Great ride!!!
I took this car for a test drive and it rode smooth as butter. I'm about 6 foot and it had enough leg room for me. IT had a excellent car fax report and Inside was nice and clean and for the miles and price it was a steal.

Mediocre car
Prior to owning the Mazda 6 GT I owned a Honda accord and found the base accord was similar to the Mazda 6 GT luxury

Researched many cars that fit my needs, found It!
After researching many brands / models that were in the top ten for reliability I kept narrowing it down based on what I wanted for styling, options and overall looks and the Mazda 6 was the perfect choice for me, so far no regrets in my choice and I would buy another without hesitation.

Rides well
Over 2,200 km with 5 people in the car at 100kph it burnt through 6.1 litres of diesel ever 100km. It has really good pulling power out of the corners but watch it when overtaking as the top end power flattens out when you need it. Biggest issue is limited boot space with half of space of some other similar performaning vehickes. Infotainment system leaves a lot to be desired with having to number tracks 001,002 etc as it doesn't recognise folders or FLAC files and Bose sound system leaves a bit to be desired. Car play won't show your smartphone screen which forces you to use their navigation system which is cumbersome and awkward to set up using their touchscreen.

buy one--you won't regret it
only had for one week now but due to the superior dealership i dealt with --Kanata Mazda-and the car i ended up being sold on, all i can say if your car shopping do not buy anywhere else except Kanata Mazda and consider buying one of these cars. with it's great deign and roomy interior and large trunk space and sporty look-it sells itself--wait til you drive one 1- you will deal with the most professional dealership in the industry 2- you will get the best possible deal with financing due to the superior finance manager on staff. Recommended is not only the car--but the dealership as well--Just ask for Alex--salesman as they both go hand in hand--i can not comment just on the car

Great car so far
2013 iSport 4cyl automatic. Only had this car a couple weeks, so can't really comment on long-term performance or reliability, but so far I'm very happy with it. It handles beautifully, has a quiet comfortable ride to it, and feels sturdy yet still sporty. Automatic transmission shifts smoothly (I'm used to manual 5-speed in my previous car, so it's an adjustment, but I'm pleasantly surprised). I'm a big fan of the exterior design. Simple, sleek, not a lot of flashy chrome, etc. The inside is also quite basic, and maybe for some people a little too basic. I have the iSport, so no extra features. Competitors have more bells and whistles, I believe. But the Mazda6 has what I need, and is quite the upgrade from my previous (20 yr old) car. I find the seats quite comfortable, and at over 6 feet tall, I have plenty of leg and head room. Back seats also seem roomy enough. You could definitely do better with gas mileage with some of the other options out there, such as the 2013 Altima. But I test-drove the Altima and much preferred the way the Mazda6 feels and handles. Add to that a better exterior design (IMO) and better price, makes this the winner for me. Hoping to get 20 years out of this car, too.

A Sleeper
This is more of a first impression than a review since I've owned it for less than a week. I bought a 2013 6 i Sport with the 6 speed manual. Coming from a Saab 9-5 Aero, I wanted a family sedan with a sporty disposition. So far, the Mazda6 delivers. It has a firm yet complaint ride, very European car-like. The engine revs willingly and has a nice growl. It gives up 80 horsepower to the Saab, but it isn't slow. The shifter is special, with tight shifts, close ratios and natural clutch action. The steering is fantastic, direct and accurate with good feel. Inside, the interior is roomy and well-finished, and the doors close with a nice dull thunk. As a bonus, the exterior styling borders on the exotic, with those front fenders and narrow headlights and the coupe-like profile. It really is a beautiful car. So far, I am in deep like with the 6. I will update my review as I put on more miles and get a better sense of it, but so far, so good.
