The Mercedes 190E with a 2.6 is just such a great little car and can be had for such bargain prices these days. Perfect get around town car for my short legged wife to ferry the kids to and from and run errands. I drove it on a 1000 mile trip and it didn't miss a beat. Tight turning radius, super comfy ride, plenty of power, safe and reliable. Again...safe and reliable. just learn about how it starts in 2nd gear and how to get it into first when you need it. We look forward to many years of daily service from our already 27 year old car.

surprisingly very very good
good mileage, 25mpg, parts are affordable, rides and handles like a true european sedan. almost sportlike. get one that has been maintained from new. you will be very satisfied. i still grin every time i drive it. you really dont have to be rich to drive a mercedes
