2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class consumer reviews

Our model is the CLK500 Ice Blue with Stone (light tan) leather. I own and have owned many beautiful cars but none have gotten as many positive comments like this one. Many people ask if this is the new E-class coupe even when this car is several years old. Excellent ride vs handling combo, unexpected very good gas mileage, excellent seating, old world craftsmanship interior, excellent sound system and muscle car power. Original AMG rims had some wobble so I replaced with chrome aftermarkets which only made the outside even more brilliant. This is a timeless design. As with most OEM navigation systems, not as good as a Garmin. Other minor details are the need for premium fuel and oil changes are 8 1/2 quarts of Mobil 1, everything else is tops in class.

Bought this car used BLK on BLK tan seats and its a beauti!!!...loving everything about it. Only one cup holder is inconvenient at times. Lots of power and lots of attention!!!. Hope to enjoy it for many years.

I have driven this car slightly over 1500 miles since purchased. It has more room than the C class 4door models I have owned in the past and only 1" longer wheel base. Rear seat access is great, no annoying front seat belts to step threw. Front seats are double hinged to open path to back seat. The trunk in huge for a car of this size and still hides a full size spare tire/wheel. I also like the CD access in the glovebox with room for two extra CD holders. On the road I was pleasantly surprise with the gas mileage being better than the window sticker EPA suggested mileage.
