what a Bad A$s Car

This car was very fun to drive, mustang cobra engine, even though it was a tank it could beat almost anything on the road, it comes stock with dual flowmaster polished stainless exhaust with huge tips, to tell you the truth, the best sounding engine/exhaust combination ive ever heard, and i am not a big fan of Ford products. The took the grand marquis and added a cooler looking rear bumper with marauder stamped in it, and and much cooler, cobra-inspired front bumper with fog lights and has stock 19 inch chrome rims. ver very cool, not very fuel efficient, but not the worst.

A breeze from the past

Mercury came up with a winner on this one reaching back into yesteryear for a name that fittingly adheres to the car. The smoothness along with the power makes for a very appealing car-although some may complain that it is too big. Even though it takes alot of styling cues from the Grand Marquis, the Marauder takes on its own idenity by adding a few simple touches like the floor gearshift and the 302 horsepower lurking beneath the hood. Overall a good muscle car for the money as well as a comfortable passenger car for 5 adults.

Awesome Blacktop-Eating Monster!

Test-drive one and you'll have to buy it! Most women won't "get it", but car guys will. The performance and handling are amazing for such a humongous sedan. This Marauder is a resounding echo of the high-displacement, high horsepower beast-monsters of yesteryear refined for todays tastes. Fuel mileage is about the same as a Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis if you go easy on the gas pedal. You won't want to though! This is an unusual combination of luxury and performance that is rarely seen in automobiles of this price range. Used Marauders are in the 18-25K range now, so get one quick. They aren't making them anymore. Many aftermarket speed tweaks are already available if the stock Marauder isn't quite fast enough for you, including three supercharger kit vendors. Those will add another 80-120 HP if you need it.
