Ford has used the cheapest parts ,door handles come
Ford has used the cheapest parts ,door handles come apart, replacement is expensive. Wheel lug &cap bolt need to bereplaced. 2010 milan 74.000 miles Power steering locks up,very expensive to have fixed. Car it self is great, comfortable and great ride, just the cheap China parts. Never replaced in other ford cars. All to save a few bucks. Dashboard lighting is horrible. Too many recalls, bet Noone has been fired or replsced.

Well it's had some issues...
The best part, it is AWD...great in snow. Gas mileage averages around 20mpg. Unfortunately this is the last model year. It has a slight sporty feel. Wish the driver seat would go back further.

Most Reliable Car I've Owned
This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

PERFECT CAR FOR ME
FIVE STARS ~ 2010 Mercury Milan was in excellent condition, garaged kept, non-smoker with less than 56,000 miles and passed my mechanic's inspection. Lynn Sabin

Very Reliable Car
My Milan is the 6 cylinder Premier with leather seats, sunroof, and Bluetooth Sync. The engine and transmission are both rock solid. Never had any issues there. Currently at 175,000 miles, there’s no surface or undercarriage rust. At 9 years old it still runs great and has good pickup. It gets 25-26 MPG between highway and city driving. They only reason I would be trading it is is because my needs have changed toward a truck for towing.

The car is AWD...a plus for New England
It is a four door, leather heated seats. Wish the front seat could go back alittle further. Sport looking with sunroof and small spoiler. Has good response, V 6..Had some major work done, coil spring with strut, front was broken. Normal tune-up at 100,000 miles. Radiator flush also. Another big repair, drivers side auto window, stopped working. Control module assembly replaced. But this car is not made, I have the last model year 2010...Noticing rust blisters left rear corner by door. That will need some attention. It's a fun car to drive...Just need more leg room for driver....

Owned my 2010 Milan for 4 years
Bought my 10 Milan in 2014 with 36,000 miles and now has 108,000 with no major issues. Averages 30mpg highway but have gotten 36 mpg on long trips. With it having 108,000 miles I’ve had to replace two tie rod ends, two sway bar links and a sensor. I do all the work myself so I guess it’s only cost me about $140 in repairs over the last 4 years. One major flaw to these is their transmissions. If your looking to purchase a Milan you may consider a manual over the automatic. Car has never broke down or been problematic since owning. Auto trans will be and issue down the road though
