Most safe and reliable car I ever owned

This car met all my needs. Safe, reliable and comfortable. The best part of the car is the right size. Not too small, not too big.

My 2012 Murano platinum edition has been wonderful

The Navigation system is a lifesaver when traveling, it shows when and where rest areas are coming up. Phone will sync to it so don’t answer the phone if you need to see the map. Great Boss Stereo sounds amazing.

Very nice so far - day 1

So far it is everything we were told it would be! Very comfortable and very easy to drive. The engine has plenty of power when you need it.

Thrilled With My "New" Car!

I was able to purchase a 2012 Murano Platinum AWD with 100K miles for 25% of the original sticker price. After detail cleaning the interior with q-tips and everything, it looks nearly new and I am thrilled with my purchase! Have only had this vehicle for a week, but on my drives so far, it has purred like a kitten and been very responsive, which I like. It gets up to speed on the highway with tremendous ease, and actually I had to watch to keep reducing my speed because it is just easy to keep increasing speed! So far, it seems like I will have a learning curve to driving smoothly in my small town, as both the gas and the brake are very responsive, and with the slow speeds and numerous stop signs I feel like I am jerking us around currently. I've no doubt, I'll be able to adjust... Gave only 4 stars for reliability due only to the fact that my experiences are only 1 week old. No problems so far, but time will tell! It is a beautiful vehicle, with intuitive controls. My kids think the heated seats in the back are neat! Sounds system is better than I've ever owned. As a 5' 5" female, some seats in vehicles are too big for me and consequently uncomfortable, such as my husband's pick-up truck. This one fits me just right. Happy purchase!

Reliable, Great-Handling, AWD, Dependable

Love this car. Handles incredibly well in the snow w/o any tire cables! Heated seats and heated steering wheel are great features in the cold weather.

Murano - Nice SUV, but hate the CVT (Transmission)

For the first 4 years, I LOVED my 2012 Nissan Murano. I took it to Nissan for every oil change. Over the years, I needed to replace all 4 door locks. Then the CVT (Transmission) went out, and needed to be replaced for $5,000.00. Just 80,000 miles later, the 2nd transmission is noisy, and at the end of life. But Nissan refused to pay for any of it. They "indicated" that a CVT Life is anywhere from 75,000 miles to 100,000 miles. Very disappointing.

A lot of options, comfort and tech for the money!

I owned a 2010 and traded it for my 2012 and loved them both but was particularly impressed with the step up in options with the 2012. Performance is solid. Very comfortable.

Love my Murano. Runs fantastic and is so quite.

Perfect size. Not too big, not to small. Very comfortable and gets good gas mileage. It looks good. All my friends love my Murano and so do I.
