2024 RAM 2500 consumer reviews

I bought the truck new in March 2025. Have had numerous different issues. From both batteries toasted to intermittently flashing lights on the steering wheel at night to numerous issues with the 12” u connect. The truck has been nothing but a disappointment since new. I honestly hate the truck and will be looking to trade on something, anything. But I do tow a 36 ‘ RV plus other things so I need a 2500 but just not this one. Also I’m at 12,800 miles and the driver’s seat is already completely distorted. Also the taillights I just found out tonight are intermittent and are flashing while driving down the highway….

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

My 2024 Ram 2500 is in the shop as I post this. With only 24k miles on it the Def and the connect are not working causing check engine light to come on.Dodge you need to do better. I had to pull my 2001 out of the barn so I had something to drive. You would think a 80,000 dollar truck wouldn't quit on you so soon. So Sad
