Very reliable

I have had this car for a little over a year and it only had to have the gas cap seal replaced to get rid of the check engine light lyst than that it's been great.

Reliable and good mpg

Good practicle commuter, with surprising pep for a 4 cylinder. The vehicle gets good mpg and has been incredibly reliable with no issues just scheduled maintenance.

Reliable, fun car

Cheap to fix, never gave me issues, not fast but it gets the job done. And when they are taken care of they have a lot of potential. Lots of aftermarket parts available and very reliable.

Fun, stylish and comfy

This is the only car that "checked all the boxes", it met all the criteria and exceeded my expectations. The car is comfortable for an average sized man. The interior controls are all easily accessible and ergonomic. The driver seat accommodates any articulation you might prefer. The rear seating area is form fitting, has cupholders and even a little cubby. I was very surprised with the performance of this little 2.4l 4 cylinder. There is plenty of power when you need it and the 5 speed gearbox is very responsive. The suspension is tight and minimizes body roll and lateral pitch. Being a coupe, you can imagine how well this car conserves fuel. As far as customizability, there are TONS of aftermarket parts from body kits all the way to a limited slip differential and stage 3 turbo camshafts. The exterior styling is low profile, and seemingly aerodynamic. The wheels are very stylish and support a decent low profile, high traction tire. The affordability of maintenance is a tremendous selling point, as most parts are toyota made and interchangable with common models. So you'll have parts accessible if needed. Overall, this is a great car for anyone from teenagers all the way to elderly folk.

Strongest and oldest car I've owned!

By far the strongest car I've ever owned. My 2006 had 160k miles when I first got it. After driving it, it was obvious the 4 cyl is Toyota's famous 4cyl and mechanics under the hood with scion the style and feel.
