2018 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

There are two important things that anyone should know about this camry, and probably 2019 models too. First, the designers seem to have tried to make this family sedan "sporty" by giving it a much lower profile. Well I am middle aged and I hate it. Its a pain to get in and out from. The roof is too low that it almost touches my head. Second, this car has the acceleration of a turtle. Its a safety hazard. You merge into a highway with fast moving traffic and you face the serious risk of someone plowing right into you because your car simply will not go from 0 - 30 in less than 10 seconds. And that too when you slam on the gas. This gives the overall driving experience one of being very jerky with lots of sudden accelerations and creates a unpleasant experience for all passengers. Overall the car is poorly designed in terms of layout of its interior. This car may turn out to be a mechanical masterpiece but it provides a horrible driving experience. This is my third consecutive camry lease, and the first two were great. This one is a dud and I will seriously consider other options next time.

Can't think of a thing to complain about. I don't believe any vehicles in my Camry's class come close to it in overall satisfaction for the money.

This car has surpassed my expectation in style, options, safety, drivability, performance and comfort. I continue to receive. compliments on this vehicle everyday. The cat is the best I have owned so far.

I honestly never had a vehicle with this great of gas mileage without suffering performance that needed to go up hills etc. I average 45mpg on the highway depending on traffic speed. In town i dont have to fill up until every 2 weeks.

The car is reliable and is excellent in terms of drivability. It has good handling and style and only lacks litte in entertainment department where we can expect Apple CarPlay and android auto. Otherwise it is an excellent car. It has host of safety features and convenient features. Mileage is very good for this car.

This car has met all of my expectations! It is comfortable and the power is adequate for its size engine! Fuel efficiency is definitely a plus! It has great styling both in the interior and exterior!

This car meets all my needs, has plenty of room front and back. The new Camry is stylish, great gas mileage and I love the new weather tech mats.

I love the redesign for 2018. Toyota?s are known to be extremely reliable. Ive never owned a new car but because of updates and, more importantly, the looks/powertrain/gas mileage, I?ll most likely purchase a new Camry.

Traded a Venza which was actually less$ and much nicer interior. Lots of bells & whistles lacking moving to camary and had to pay a lot more to have it up to same standards. Wonder if wouldn?t have gotten more for my money w Lexus sedan
