2009 Toyota Highlander

Searched for a car on line for 2 months. Test drove a couple, really like the roominess and layout. Rides great, Good acceleration . Comfortable seating. Only problem is that it stinks like mildew from the poorly designed A/C unit. Been trying to eliminate the odor but no success yet. It's winter here in the great Northeast so I'm not sure if the odor will dissipate. Hope so. Other wise I like the vehicle.

This is my most favorite vehicle I've ever owned!

I fell in love with the Highlander almost instantly! Smooth ride, great comfort, easy dash display and controls, easy maneuvering. Plenty of room for my teenagers in the back seat. We probably won't be utilizing the third row seat as neither of my teens will fit back there.

Very reliable car. A great car for small family

This car meets the needs of the small family. The car would be even better if it had a power hatch. I wish the base model had a few more bells and whistles on it.

Most durable and reliable vehicle i've ever owned!

This SUV is not only durable but also very reliable! There is more than enough legroom in the front and the back. Third row seating is very useful and provides extra seating. I love having air vents in the back of the car so all passengers can enjoy a comfortable ride. I look forward to having this SUV for many years to come !

Excellent Family Vehicle

The 2009 Highlander has the 3rd row of seats that fold all the way down. It is excellent for road trips as well as having separate rows for dogs and young children.

Best Car I Have Ever Owned

This is the second Highlander I have owned. It runs great. Still gets good gas mileage. Drives beautifully in the snow. I plan to drive it to 200,000+ miles.

Solid car with confort

I love Toyota?s and have had a newer highlander for a few years. Came time to get our son a used car and looked at nothing but Toyota?s. The 2009 highlander we bought is such a solid car but also has so many extras ...

Can't go wrong with this car.

So far so good. It checked all the necessary boxes that I had and a couple of other ones. There are a few quirks that I wish were different, for instance, no USB ports in the second row of seats, but overall no complaints at all.

GREAT SUV, EXTREMELY WELL BUILT AND RELIABLE

HIGHLANDER HAS BEEN GREAT. SELLING IT NOW AND BUYING A NEW ONE. USED IT PRIMARILY FOR FAMILY CAR, DRIVING IN MOUNTAINS, SKIING, OFF ROAD TO A CABIN AND IT PERFORMS GREAT WITH THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE, ONLY THING I WISH I HAD WHEN I PURCHASED IT WAS POWER DRIVER SEAT. GAVE IT A 4 STAR ON PERFORMANCE SINCE GAS MPG IS ONLY AROUND 2O MPG ON AVERAGE
