Very Reliable, 50 Miles per Gallon!
The best is the miles per gallon, the electronics are top notch, the only bad thing is the comfort. My driver seat is kind of tight for a 6 foot tall person.

Most Reliable Car I've Ever Owned
By getting the car serviced only two times a year, the car is extremely low maintenance. It drives smoothly and quietly. For a car that looks small on the outside, it is roomy on the inside. Love the built in navigator and CD player, too. Never loved a car so much!

2005 Battery worries at 136,000?
Love our new 2005 Prius hatchback so far - 1 previous owner only. Rides smoothly, and getting used to the lovely silence when charging :-) Because of the high mileage (136,000), I do have one concern: should we worry about unexpected battery failure, or are there warning signs to look for? And if the battery does need to be replaced, is it as expensive ($4000) as I have read ?

200k miles and going strong
I'm the third owner of this (salvaged) piece of heaven. The first owner smashed in the front end, replaced a lot & left the rest. The seams don't always match, the hood isn't quite right, the paint is worn through, the monitor is burned-in and some things simply don't work. I got it at 100k+ miles for $6k four years ago, but my 2005 Prius is amazing. If I want to corner, accelerate, speed up, slow down or just purr along, my 'Annie' is the car to do it with. Named after my late wife, 'Annie' still gets between 35 - 42mpg, especially now that I have the made-for-Prius type tires on it. I've replaced the battery (don't get a rebuilt!), serpentine belt, oil, brakes, tires, and the filters. I need to replace the (entire) left turn signal, but even the high price of dealer parts & labor, this car just doesn't stop. 'Annie' has taken me across the country & back on four different occasions, as well as multiple runs to Utah, California, Phoenix and beyond. We cruise along steadily, hour after hour, burning up the road. I love my Prius.

Reliable and good on gas
This car is good for city or highway driving, fairly low maintenance, slow but reliable. Best fuel economy for this model year. Weird shifter but I got used to it.

Best Gas Mileage Ever
I was reluctant to buy this car for the simple reason that it was....a Prius! But after driving it for over a month now, I can say that this is a great car. Not only does it get the best gas mileage of any car I have ever owned. It rides well. Has no road noise and rides smooth with superior suspension.

Love this car
After purchasing, we made the mistake of taking this car up to the mountains without preparing ahead of time. With one minor issue, it out performed even the usvs up there. Best purchase ever.

Best Mileage car on gas !
Very reliable and best vehicle for gas mileage ! This car has over 200000 miles, and it still needs only tires and mufflers with a battery 12v every 6 years. Very low up keep and cost to keep this auto operating !
