    Great vehicle.

    This van met our needs. Specifically, we needed the larger back seats for older kids and adult riders. The back seat is a bit too tilted back. The middle row captains chairs are about the size of the main driver and passenger seats, and that's why we wanted the Routan. They are too big to fold into the floor, and that's just fine. We had an earlier Chrysler T&C, and those seats are flimsy. After 40K miles, no problems. We switched to our local Chrysler Dodge dealer for service, as the Volkswagen Dealer service was poor at best. We always hit around 28 MPG on road trips. About 17 -18 MPG in town. No complaints here.

    Switched

    VW. Used a Chrysler motor in these vans!! No wonder the VW mechanics couldntfind the problem !!! Took my vanto a recommended independent mechanic who has never seen this ever!! None of his diagnostic tools on our Volkswagen van. When he finally looked over our engine he found a small sign that said Chrysler on the engine. So he had to start all over again evaluating the van using Chrysler diagnostics none of his diagnostic tools on our Volkswagen van. He said this can happen with foreign car manufacturers. They buy the cheapest engine in bulk and call it their own. I cannot believe this. I am so disappointed in Gunter VW and VW in general. So my lesson learned on all of this is not to believe with the salesman tells you. And full me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. It will never happen to me again

    Comfortable, Reliable, Great Value

    This is a wonderful vehicle & would be an excellent choice for a soccer mom/dad or an Uber/Lyft car!
