His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. Very professional dealership. May I add quick as well. I prefer driving an hour to Clearwater crown Acura bc it’s always a Smooth experience. It’s never really too crowded or crazy here either. They’re so nice. They even offered my husband food from the food truck even though he’s on a diet. Logan is and the other staff really do their job and they do it well. It’s good to see people from the south actually taking their job serious.
