Incredible Management & Customer Service: My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Naples Acura. After finding the car online and checking availability over the weekend after hours, I had an email & quick personal response from their GM, Zack, and also got a call first thing Monday morning. It was incredibly refreshing to have a quality customer service experience with the focus on a long-term relationship, not just a quick sale. Our salesman, Steve Love, was absolutely fantastic. Steve sent over 15+ minutes of videos on the cars that Monday. Detailing everything about the car and also pointing out any small flaws that any used car would have. Since we were having the car shipped to Missouri, Steve did an incredible job along the way of being extremely patient and thorough about any questions. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that Steve called out a couple of small blemishes and had them touched up while keeping us posted of the progress. Fantastic transparency from Naples Acura. Thanks again Steve and Zack.

Great experience at this dealership. Jeffrey Austin made the car buying experience very easy. He was patient and very knowledgeable in terms of the different Acura models making my choice much easier for my personal needs. I did not feel pressured to purchase. He was patient and took his time explaining in detail the different features of the vehicle. It was a welcoming experience and he listened to my concerns which made me feel like I was making the right choice at this dealership.

Tony O’Donnell from Crown Acura was an excellent salesman. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake! He was friendly and respectful and made the entire experience pleasant. Tony took his time and helped us test drive the two different RDX models we were interested in. As luck would have it, we just happened to see a low mileage CPO model that was exactly what we wanted. Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

Service staff is always friendly and professional at Harper Acura. If I wait for my car that check in with me and before I leave they explain what the work they completed.

Outreach is top notch if you’re on the updates they follow up keep you apprised of any changes. I was hoping for something to work out my way I feel finance and sales were in tune with the sale it just didn’t work out for me 4-5 - 5-5 would have been the sale
