I’m going to be blunt and honest because these people- this business- deserves to read about my experience with them. From the moment I called and reached a sales rep named Ramin, I could feel something happening. A change. A shift. I was right and three weeks ago, I found my dream car at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose: a 2021 Mazda CX-5. It wasn’t ready for purchase as the one in stock had some issues, but Ramin found THE ONE- my dream car and within a week, I was driving it. The color, the trim, the edition… all what I wanted. Five stars for everyone at MB of San Jose. Thank you for making my dream come true! You folks are the best!

Acura Integra A-Spec 23 Air-conditioning Unit
I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Car buying washout
I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.
Amazing vehicle for the price and style!
I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

I am very proud and pleased to give Alex (Mr. Diamond in the rough) praise for doing what should be done at every used car dealership. Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.
‘23 Acura Integra
I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

Quick, friendly service at a reasonable price
Took the vehicle in for periodic service for the oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change based on the maintenance minder. Prices were competitive for a dealership. My service advisor with whom I trusted for the past 5 years is no longer working there. My secondary choice is Gary but I was assisted by a new advisor and possibly new service manager, Jordan. He was friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs. He followed up with me concerning the findings of the technician through the multi-point inspection and provided me with options to address the mechanical issues without pressure. Overall, the service was great from the initial meeting the advisor through the time spent paying the cashier. The estimated time to complete the work was relatively quick and on point. I received a detailed car wash and courtesy vacuuming, which was a nice bonus. I was happy with my most recent visit.
Handles and drives great.
Handles and drives great. A Spec package is top of the line for any driver. The Turbo gives you great pop if needed in fast moving traffic, Proud Owner

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there. He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Hope to see you soon to get a service there or just to say hi to you.
Worthy of the Integra Name
This review is for the Integra A-Spec with Technology, 6-speed manual. For the out-the-door (OTD) price of around $40,000 with included taxes, title, processing, and dealer "mandated" options (even more with the "market value adjustment" added), the car presents little value for the money. The one thing that drove (no pun intended) me to this car is the available 6-speed manual transmission, which I deemed a must-have. If the manual transmission were not offered, it's possible I would have probably purchased another car. Still, as it stands now, I do love this car. .... Cons: • No rear AC vents • No OE built-in navigation or maps • No HomeLink • No auto-folding of the side-view mirrors • No interior opener/unlock for the hatch • No removable cupholder inserts to facilitate cleaning • No"bird view" camera • The rearview camera resolution is horrible • The glove box compartment does not lock • The "leatherette" seating and panel accents are not real leather • Less than stellar exterior fit-and-finish with visible gaps and some misaligned panels • Same motor performance tuning that is in the Civic Si, resulting in the same horsepower and torque outputs • With the car being a turbo, no option to select viewing of turbo boost PSI on either of the Driver Information Interfaces • The "tablet sitting on top" screen would be better situated within the dash • Very little differentiation from the Civic Si on which it is based .... Nuisance: • The metal shift knob top gets hot to the touch • No cupholder cover • Vanity mirror lights are not LED (all others are) • No built-in rear window sunshades • No auto-down/up on rear windows • No close all windows/sunroof with remote • Need more user customization left side area of the Driver Information Interface • Why is there only Trip A and Trip B when processor and memory are no longer constraints? • No panoramic sunroof .... Pros: • Available 6-speed manual transmission • Rev auto-matching during downshifts • Comfortable ride • Head-up display (HUD) • Speed-limit sign recognition • Cargo space • Gas mileage • Styling • Handling • Throttle response when in "sport" mode • The fun-to-drive factor is very high • Very little turbo lag; boost comes in early .... Would be Nice: • Performance quad piston "Brembo" style brakes that were shown with the yellow debut model offered as standard with the 6-speed MT • A dealer accessory spare tire option since one is not included by default for any trim • All-wheel-drive (AWD) option • The ability to activate the rearview camera at will to see if someone is following too close • A "selected gear" indicator in the gauge cluster for manual transmissions, similar to that for the CVT • A lighted "H" pattern on the manual shifter knob when interior lights are activated .... Some other non-premium cars at this same price point offer more in terms of horsepower, torque, and other features. It would have been nice for Acura to retune the engine for just a little more performance over the Civic Si to help separate it and make it easier to digest the price difference. Although the car is worthy of the Integra Name, if it were offered as a "redesigned" 2023 ILX with the manual transmission, I still would have purchased the car, regardless. But as mentioned earlier, this car is a hoot to drive and a pleasure to own. I don't regret the purchase.

my car oil change Maintenances and tires rotations
I called made appointment with this dealership and the experience was great all around. From the time I walked in Jordan assisted me by explaining everything they will be doing and checking based on the maintenance reminder on my dash board. The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers. Thank you Jordan and the Acura Oakland crew for the good service.

For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars.
For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).
