My service representative was, and has been in the past, friendly, informative and accurate in the repair needed, time needed and services offered. My car's warning light systems started going crazy. I took it in to the service department. It was a great experience. It's a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. I actually bought the car at this location as well and they took care of me.

I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. I really appreciated the attentive service and would definitely recommend this dealership?and especially Jordan?to anyone considering a ZDX.
