I recently purchased a white 2019 Honda accord from here and it was a great experience! They let you look without hassling you. I drove the car by myself to test drive it. Brian was awesome! I had been in an accident that was not my fault but needed a vehicle. He even came in on his day off to help me purchase. No pressure while I looked somewhere else for a couple of hours, in the end was back and ready to purchase. Highly recommend and will be back for another vehicle soon for my son. Good people. Very service oriented. The General Manager Matt Perry came out to personally thank me for my business. My client advisor Kedon Glidewell went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that all of my inquiries were answered immediately (even on his day off). He was polite, professional and very attentive. When he was busy, his neighbor Chris at the next desk made sure that I was taken care of in Kedon?s brief absence. Also the sales manager Josh Alford was extremely helpful as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my interactions at Crown Acura.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was having my GPS updated from the 2020 ver. To the most recent. Larry Surman was my service consultant. The update did not go as planned due to a faulty part that was not readily apparent; Larry worked diligently till the repair and update were completed.
