Used Acura MDX Technology Package for sale near New Haven, CT

Worked with Todd and Charlie. Bought used 2020 BMW 330xdrive. Fair, if not cheapest price. Moderate doc fee. Gave very generous trade price on old BMW. Pre-purchase inspection showed 1 tire with low tread; they replaced all 4. Very easy to work with; very good deal.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

My trip to Devan Acura was such a pleasant surprise for me. I drove to Norwalk to check out a used Acura I saw on Cars.com without much hope that I could make a deal with the Norwalk dealership. I was helped by Nick, a young salesman who made me feel welcome and comfortable, and who was somewhat of an expert on all things Acura. While on the test drive my car was appraised so we were ready to discuss terms when we returned to the dealership. The negotiation was as simple, straight forward and stress free a process as I could have hoped for. No tricks, stall tactics, or low - balling was involved. We struck a deal with no hassles and I couldn't be happier. I returned the next day to pick up my car and, once again, no hassles or delays. The paperwork was efficiently handled with no pressure to buy "extras" most dealers like to sell. I've bought alot of cars through the years and my experience with Devon was easily the best I've ever had.

Just traded my 2017 mdx tech for a 2023. All the improvements across the board are great. I love this car. I’m a huge Acura fan. This is my 5th Acura, 2nd mdx. Every Acura I owned has been purchased new, since 2004. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle I have owned. I keep up on my maintenace and thats it. I usually get a new one every 5-6 years or once my odometer rolls over 120k, just so I can get a decent trade in allowance. Prior to getting my 2023 MDX, I looked at the BMW X5 for almost 20k more (not worth it) and the Audi Q7. Both are very nice looking cars and drive great. However I also own a 2011 audi a5 coupe as a weekend crusier and at 70k miles the motor blew due to excessive oil consumption. The European imports look and drive great. But the reliabilty is for xxxx. I’ve known other people who have owned them and had similar issues. Over engineered fancy looking junk. Acura is right on par with all the Euro imports as far as fancy options, performance, looks and comfort is concerned. But when it comes to reliabilty Acura blows them all away. If you are reading this and are considering a new MDX, or any Acura product, research how many older Acura’s are still on the road or for sale with a lot miles. Then compare those to older BMW’s Audi’s or Range Rovers. All those brands are at least 20% $ more for an entry level when new. Then a few years later you will see them advertised for at least 20% less then Acura’s. A repair bill for a BMW (Break My Wallet) or Audi can easily de-value the entire car. So unless money is if zero concern. Go with the MDX. It looks and drives great, and you will have long term reliability.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

We found an used Acura MDX with the most inexpensive online. When we tested the car, and Katie and joe walked through with every issues and repairs that they had with this car. It was scrached before and minor issues. They are willing to negotiate with me when I gave reasons. We tested the car and we love it. We have had a pleasant experience there and we will go back to use their car services.

I just purchased an Acura TLX from a difference Acura dealership and was concerned about the transmission as it was shifting rough from gears 2-3. I brought it to Devon Acura in Norwalk. The service was exceptional. Nick (service manager) explained in detail what may be going on and the resolution. Nick went above and beyond to explain the details of the car and how it drives. Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.
