I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

Bought my 2018 MDX from Hendrick Acura Charlotte and love it so much I'm looking to upgrade to a newer model. I kept up with all the maintenance and never had any issues at all. Acura is a good solid car!

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

Overall great vehicle. Bought with tech. Package couple grand. Navigation programming too complicated due to go through procedures. Really did not need tech. Package. Would not buy tech again. Don’t use most of the elements provided.

My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Best dependable vehicle! ❤️ Looking @ BMW X5 but disappointed with dependability reviews so plan to stay with MDX Aspect/Advance 2023!

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. Never was I pressured, made appointment, went in and once again, I never felt pressured, Juan was informative, professional, friendly, best service I have ever received buying a new car. I left In my new car feeling like I was part of a new family. Aladin in finance was real and friendly. And the wonderful man who got us approved was also incredible. I feel horrible that his name is escaping me right now. I see the past reviews are not that high but ownership has changed and the service is now incredible. Once again ask for Juan Z. He is amazing. This vehicle is great! Well taken care of third-row a/c is missing which is a disappointment in the comfort category but we are very happy

My 2020 Acura MDX is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It has been trouble free and a pleasure to drive. One of the reasons I bought the vehicle was that I also really like the look of it.

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.
